    1. Emergency Housing: I was directed to phone 3-1-1 today, speak to [     ] residential and tell them that I am homeless. They would then “support” my living at The Ottawa Inn as an emergency shelter. 3-1-1 staff confirmed that ALL of my rent would be paid by Ontario Works. I phoned two days ago to test the process and was told that [    ] residential is purely an AFTER-HOURS services. You are aware that I am wearing an ankle bracelet. Please explain.
    2. Furniture is not replaced (other than bed). Recipients may be referred to community agencies if furniture is required,
      • for Furniture Bank: call 3-1-1 on the 15th of the month at 9:00 a.m. sharp to be referred
      • for Saint Vincent De Paul: call 613-722-7166 and select option for Requisitions (20210118 10:54 l/m for desk and chair)
    3. a new bed is ordered (delivered from Montreal) along with sheets, blankets, pillow
    4. a full starter kit for a single person including pots and pans and cooking supplies
    5. Is there any assistance (advice, paper, ink, photocopying, process servers) available to help with my Civil action to retrieve all of my furniture that was stolen May/June 2019 during an eviction scam?
    6. How long is the wait list for housing?

      1. “Basic Allowance” is  (    )
      2. The number for  the Ottawa Food Bank delivery is 613-745-7001. Once you tell them your postal code, they will provide to you the number for the nearest food bank location. (If I am permitted to move, mine would be Centretown United Church situated at 507 Bank Street which currently provides food on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between noon and 1:30 p.m. |||  (613) 232-3059
      3. There is no allowance for winter clothing for adults. Lindsey Myatt said “Try Value Village”; however, I am going to call St. Vincent of Paul

      6. How do I obtain a  pair of glasses?

      1. Can you refer me to your Finance Department? I would like to offer to audit Ontario Works (Ottawa) in order to identify potential fraud and/or process improvements.
      2. Who is the employment specialist that can help me to launch my seminar series re: Understanding Predators?
      3. Who is the employment specialist that can help me to launch my Victims Services for the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre?

      1. What are all of the options available regarding assistance with transportation

      1. What is the allowance for mobile phone plans?
      2. What is the allowance for a “land line”?
      3. What is the allowance for internet service for on-line learning?
      4. What is the allowance for a computer/tablet/laptop for on-line learning?
      5. What is the allowance for cable/television?

      1. What is the allowance for tobacco products?

      4. If I am attempting to quit smoking, is there an allowance for a “patch” or other nicotine-replacement device?
      5. If I am attempting to stop relying alcohol as my CNS depressant (that is, Central Nervous System Depressant), is there an allowance for Clonazepam or Valium?
      6. If I am attempting to wean myself off of herion, is there an allowance/supervised program for methadone?
    8. Victim Services
      1. My teenaged children and I are victims of terrorist organization, Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, and multiple career-criminal police officers, lawyers, Crown prosecutors and judges. Who in the City of Ottawa will help us?
