This soulless creature buried the evidence of my husband’s violence in the CAS files (not unlike my faux family-law team at Victor Vallance Blais LLP ²) and permitted me to be falsely accused of mental illness and hospitalized for six weeks. When I attempted to describe my husband’s wickedness over the phone, she laughed.

Allegations:

On 20130306, instead of contacting police when my son’s teacher Dawna Gates called in to provide testimony (see “Daddy hit Mommy”³), Henry chose to bury this important testimony in the CAS files.
Henry enabled Kiska to begin establishing the false history of mental illness he so desired ⁴.
Because of Henry’s support, Kiska began establishing himself in the community as a concerned husband of a wife with mental illness: he immediately attempted to establish a false diagnosis of schizophrenia which he continued to do at every opportunity⁵.

By choosing to remain willfully blind (aka, a Party to offence), Henry enabled the Defamatory Libel that was recorded in hospital files, CAS files, police files and court files so it could be used over and over and over. She is part of Ottawa’s faux legal-judicial system and contributes to its “busy-ness” and growth as innocent people are terrorized and trafficked⁶ through the courts (and prisons) while the criminals remain protected and financially rewarded.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if Henry hadn’t been a CAS employee. Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while it is me who’s been terrorized for years.
