April 6*, 2021: Statement of Claim 21-xxxxx
Co-defendants from whom I am seeking damages in the amount of $500,000+
- Khaldoon Habib-Allah (absent landlord “Landlord”))
- Lamah El-Rayes (Ottawa Re/Max real estate agent (“Agent”))
- Diego Fernandez-Stolls (independant paralegal (“Paralegal”))
- Jonathan Kiska (impossible-to-divorce-in-Ottawa husband (“Ex”))
- Ottawa Police Services Board (OPS Constable Reesor (“Officer”))
- Scandalous Affidavit of OPS Constable Andrew Reesor: here vs. audio recording of my attempt to file a police complaint when at 13:35 he advises me to wait for a call from the investigator to collect remaining evidence.
*This claim was due, at the earliest, April 7, 2021 prior to the 2-year Statute of Limitations of the date of the eviction order: I was arrested for five bogus charges and denied bail on April 7th. I am sure it was a co-incidence. 🙄
