UPIG Police

As I enter my sixth year being terrorized by the Ottawa Police Services Board (“OPSB”), some of that raw evidence remains at published at:

However, there is some new material that will be used to describe my past 12 months that is being uploaded to https://twb.rocks/upig/police/still-alive: the file sizes for OPSB’s bloated defamatory libel are too large and I need to parse them into smaller sections.(Older material re: The Ottawa Pipeline & The Ottawa Ticket is linked to https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism).

I am attempting to also obtain the audio from my [?100?] appearances since 20190726 so I can also expose the various judges, justices of the peace, Crown prosecutors, lawyers, etc. The current mishmash list of criminal court appearances is stored at:

It is my intention to include this request in my upcoming 20240110 Third-party Records Application.

The nastiness goes far beyond Ottawa:

    • some of the evidence against several Niagara Police (“NRPS”) officers was partially published via my 20231130 civil action viewable at https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/entity/nrps/cv-23-00061902; however, I have additional evidence that also implicates their legal team at (insert application to dismiss and response),
