- my income from Canada has dropped to zero (insert link to evidence-linked 2025 CRA Tax Return and insert link to evidence-linked request for access to OSFI pension submitted 20260808-202608dd),
- my husband continues his “double-life” in Ottawa (see evidence linked to https://twb.rocks/awareness-campaign/20251028-human-trafficking-alert) and
- I’ve just been denied goods and services from a so-called “church” (see developing story at https://twb.rocks/living/exposure/room-in-the-inn) in the so-called “buckle” of the U.S. “Bible Belt”.
How anyone takes any of [this] seriously any more is beyond me. The economic collapse is imminent (see https://twb.rocks/living/opinion/service-industry-collapse) and no one will have any recourse as all social services/judicial systems are merely “window-dressing” to keep the masses docile during the decline. Gentle shock has normalized mid-spectrum defense mechanisms (ie. denial, rationalization, fantasy as illustrated at https://twb.rocks/psychiatry#defensive-dysregulation) while prosperity doctrine remains preached from the pulpits despite the perils prophesied in Ephesians 6:10-18.

Submitting a complete application is not an easy task as I am a Targeted Individual (“TI”) who is swarmed and/or threatened continuously by gang-stalking cells (see primer on gang-stalking at https://twb.rocks/gang-stalking and some recent testimony and evidence at https://twb.rocks/hostiles). Well aware of this reality, my approach has been to begin submitting my U.S. Asylum Application on a “best-efforts” basis in advance of the 12-month deadline (ie. May 5, 2027). Versions that have been filed to date are:
- To Miami, Florida couriered on 20260501 was an updated version of that which was sent to Tampa. Unfortunately, getting any work done at hostel Casa Santurce was just as impossible as trying to work at the two hostels in Tampa (see testimony and evidence regarding hostile hostels, motels/hotels, booking agents and more at https://twb.rocks/hostiles). Aside from the bullet & blade threats received from fake tourist Kris, it was the worst hostel I’ve ever endured. Accordingly, the only material updates were my address and the date: 20260430. See photos fresh, amended pages 1-20 (albeit with some numbering errors), Exhibits Cover and partial table of contents below at images 19 to 39):

The rest of the submission remained as that which was filed for Tampa, Florida:
- To Tampa, Florida couriered on 20260417 was significantly improved Form I-589 (see images 18 – 7); and, a better partial Table of Contents that was sent to Louisiana. See scan of fresh, amended pages 1-20, Exhibits Cover and partial table of contents at INSERT LINK. The rest of the submission remained as that which was filed for Tustin, California #3:
- To Metairie, Louisiana couriered on 20260403 from Memphis, Tennessee had the same material filed for Tustin, California #3 (see below) and included a “head’s up” note (see image 4) and the beginnings of a Table of Contents for partial evidence.
- To Tustin, California #3 couriered on 20260314 was my third draft; still pretty messy but it answered all questions and included over 250 pages of physical evidence:
- To Tustin, California #2 couriered on 20260311 included:
- some information on pages 2-5,
- a completed 5-year residential history with eight evidence-linked footnotes (see image 2),
- my four-page résumé (which is also stored at the bottom of https://twb.rocks/about-us) and
- additional information regarding parents, siblings and current residence in the United States (see image 3).
So, the 12-page submission grew to 18 pages but still lacked physical evidence.
- To Tustin, California #1 couriered on 20260305 was my first draft. Pages 2-8 were left blank; but, page 12 included five links to evidence and testimony (see image 1). This was the best that I could do following harassment and threats at fully-infiltrated shelter, HOPE Cottage (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/hope-cottage).
