My interest in City was piqued when (insert details). My first tip that I wasn’t wrong was (insert fact) (more later); but, the most horrific [experience] was the “insert title” (see images x to y below). 

That cruise ships depart from Tampa is weird. That railway tracks end near Tampa’s port is weird. That the etymology of the word “plaid” (pronounced played) includes transportation by boat following a second conviction … is weird. That one anagram for Tampa, Florida is “Plaid Format”? An interesting coincidence.
