These two oral testimonies provide evidence against John Kiska and his Ontario-based, Consent & Capacity Board-positioned accomplices: (insert six lawyers/community members known to be involved in this human-trafficking/domestic-terrorism/taxpayer-fraud operation).

Initially, Dr. Charbonneau claimed that he would not review any previous diagnosis as he wanted to form his own opinion. Then, after a ?10-minute? interview, he opined that I suffered from bi-polar disorder because I spoke quickly. (What. A. Racket.)

In 2014, I requested another Consent & Capacity Board hearing. The transcript of this hearing evidences how reliant upon “collateral information” (ie. hearsay) psychiatrists at The Ottawa Hospital truly are: they do ZERO testing* or meaningful interviews, abandon DSM’s diagnostic process and ignore any reality-based information in order to justify their disease-causing** “treatment plan”:

In 2018, Dr. Charbonneau chose to become complicit in the ongoing ostracization, marginalization and demonization of me by failing to:

  • admit his “mis-diagnosis” and
  • acknowledge the psychological and psychiatric abuse of me by husband, John Kiska.

All of the Ottawa-based psychiatrists did (see attempts to extract an honest answer from them included in Tab 1 of my “20181231 Submission to Engelking” stored under subheading 2018 at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/tracy-engelking).

* Dr. Iris Jackson, one of Ottawa’s most reknowned psychologists, did:

  • administer tests,
  • conduct multiple interviews
  • acknowledge my [toxic], seemingly-never-ending and 100% crimimal divorce proceedings.
