These countries rejected it due to concerns over sovereignty and the potential overreach of WHO’s authority in national health policies: United States, Germany, Austria, Italy, Slovakia, Lithuania, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania.

Control and influence over health policy, the food, the power, vaccines, etc. So basically, Canada is leaving its health decisions up to unelected oligarchs like Gates and their influence on policy, whereas more intelligent leadership is saying no due to concerns over sovereignty and the potential overreach of WHO’s authority.
