In a nutshell, ..

JP deJong runs his court room like a kindergarten class; except, he has zero capacity to comprehend material that lies beyond whatever he has convinced himself must happen at a Bail Hearing. Although I presented a very detailed, concise Bail Plan, he simply wanted to complete his template.

After 2-3 adult tantrums (ie. recesses), …

and over four hours, deJong STRUCK the entire hearing. I was then forced to schedule another one … by asking for a new date in front of a judge.

The next Bail Hearing was equally farcical when JP Legault did a complete 180 after hearing my testimony. Of course, like deJong’s “partner” Crown Rash, Legault’s “partner” Crown X spewed nothing but a smear campaign.

The upside? I got to test my QOACH Executive #WhiteBoard! (I don’t think neither deJong nor Rash liked it much (insert link to intro).

 

Does deJONG do this for pleasure, for profit or both? Let’s not just audit their bank accounts: let’s audit his spending vehicles and his assets, shall we? 

After all, aren’t all assets (including, but not limited to, accumulated pensions and insurance policies) proceeds from crime?

IRREPARABLE HARM

It will be difficult to itemize the irreparable harm that this individual, through commission and/or omission (as defined in section 21(1) of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC”) viewable here: https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence), has caused me and my two children: we are still paying the price today.
