Allegations:

  • Thiele wrote an article laden with errors, omissions and malicious obfuscation (“EO&MO”) which meets the test of defamatory libel in Canada’s Criminal Code.2
  • The EO&MO was known by Thiele at time of writing because the majority of evidence which supported Deirdre Moore’s civil actions against fraudster Gonen Snir3, 4, the Ottawa Police Services Board (“OPSB”)5 and others6 had been published and/or served on his firm, Gardiner Roberts LLP, for several years.
  • Thiele submitted the defamatory article for publication by MONDAQ by March X, 20257.
  • MONDAQ published the defamatory piece without fact-checking the content for accuracy and/or honesty.8 
  • It is not alleged that the Ottawa Police Services Board (“OPSB”)9  compensated Thiele for arranging for this article to be published; however, it is odd that the article was written by a Gardiner Roberts LLP partner and not one of OPSB’s accomplices at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP10, such as Michelle Doody11.

Also, by choosing to remain willfully blind (aka, a Party to offence) of the Ottawa’s crime-infested legal-judicial system, Thiele enables Fraud and much, much more. Although based in Toronto, Thiele is part of Ottawa’s faux legal-judicial system and contributes to its “busy-ness” and growth as innocent people are terrorized and trafficked3 through the courts (and prisons) while the criminals remain protected and financially rewarded. Instead of writing an article celebrating Moore’s demise, Thiele should have submitted an anonymous tip to Crimestoppers. May his future decisions be blessed.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if Thiele hadn’t been a Party to offence. Alas, my children continue to be raised by a sociopath (since 2019) and denied my love and protection. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating an elaborate fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while it is me who’s been terrorized for years12. 1 Being a party to an offence means that an individual is held criminally responsible for a crime, even if they did not directly commit the illegal act themselves. This legal concept treats those who contributed to the commission of the offence as culpable as the person(s) who physically carried out the illegal act (see s. 21(1)(2) at https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence).
