Prelude – TD Bank has been involved in the harassment of me (and, possibly the defrauding of Ottawa-based taxpayers) since March of 2025; not unlike Canada’s Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, Bank of Nova Scotia and Alterna Bank (see partial testimony/evidence stored in “Diary of A Whistleblower” in entry 20260713 at https://twb.rocks/archives/y2026/m202607).
On 20260627, well aware of this form of bank-enabled de-frauding/harassment, I took the initiative to pay my YMCA July 1 fee in advance:
  • After initial problems “swiping” my card, my bank card information was entered manually, the routing number for my account was confirmed and provided on a post-it note (see Image 001),
  • I was told my payment was successful and
  • my online account was updated and stated that my next payment was due on August 1st (see Image 002).
Interestingly, there was no transaction recorded by TD Bank on 20260627 (see Image 003).
Then, on July 10th (despite the date of the email), I learned that a 50% “late fee” had been applied due to non-payment (see insert at top right).
Interestingly, a payment for my Dropbox account (which stores all of the raw photos being used to populate pages linked to “American Towns” (see https://twb.rocks/living/spirit/satans-little-season/cities) was processed without issue. Evidence of that $18 USD payments is shown at Image 003 below.
On 20260713 at 21:05, I responded to Ms. Coffey’s e-mail which still did not capture the nature of the problem (see e-mail thread stored at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/20260713-2105-Response-to-YMCA-Ashley-Coffeys-20260713-1308-follow-up-e-mail-re-TD-Bank-monkey-business.pdf) and stated that I would try, again, to meet with Director Scott Clinton as advised.
On 20260714 by 08:30, I had shared with Mr. Clinton my concerns. He agreed to waive the late fee and I am to keep him posted on where my payment ended up. The internal reporting issue was highlighted; however, I had not yet recognized their “Item ID” sequencing problem and will need to raise that separately (due to all of the other “skimming” techniques that I’ve tripped over in the past.
