As Kiska has refused to pay his fraudulently-obtained, below-poverty-level, court-ordered spousal support of $1,230/month for the past six months, I will now delve into small claims court in order to retrieve my $7,380. Meanwhile, my CAS lawyer, Cedric Nahum, will serve on her our Notice of Appeal that resulted from Judge Mary Fraser’s scandalous 20201211 decision  where she committed multiple crimes to “award” sole custody and access of Sean and Cate to their sociopathic father: a decision that lay beyond her jurisdiction as Kiska and I remain married and such awards must be pursuant to Canada’s Divorce Act and not the Child, Youth and Family Services Act. (It also seeks confirmation that they are not going to accuse me of trespassing when I attempt to serve my claim form. The stage was set for long-term fraud with the assistance of SCJ Judge Julie Audet, the CAS were teed up for child abduction and the timeline was established for my 2019 unwarranted arrest, anti-Charter detention and eventual Summary Judgment against me by crooked judge SCJ Judge Tracy Engelking and Julie Audet.
