Introduction:

1. Eviction Scam: While detained in Quebec for a crime I didn’t commit, my home for Sean, Cate & myself was emptied without my knowledge.
2. OPS-enabled crime/child abuse: OPS stated that they would investigate, lied in their police report, accused me of being mentally ill & closed the file.

Rule 2 Request to Dismiss: all defendants requested that the Civil Action be dismissed as vexatious, abuse of process: it was dismissed by Sally Gomery who hinted that they should try another avenue. (As she was already guilty of showing bias in a previous matter, she likely didn’t want to push her luck on being exposed as a crooked judge.

Note that former case management Justice Kershman bailed on this Motion as he previously produced a biased order in favour of the defendants and likely knew Moore would ask him to recuse himself (link to Kershman page).
