I began connecting with U.S. governors, mayors and more in April 2026 by sending to them an invitation to participate in my twb.ROCKS Investigative Journalism Contest (https://twb.rocks/upig/contest/announcement). It included a copy of the “twb.ROCKS 2026 Awareness Tour” (https://twb.rocks/on-tour) even though most of the articles were (and remain) incomplete (for obvious reasons linked to my USCIS Asylum Application stored at https://twb.rocks/persecution/us-submissions. My follow-up correspondence included:

• a copy of my 20260425 letter to Dr. Jack White regarding, among other things, the Medicaid/Medicare/Insurance Company Fraud being committed in Buffalo, New York (https://twb.rocks/living/appreciation/artists/jack-white/loving-jack-white/20260425-jack-white) and
