Allegations:

On 202412dd, I attended OPSB’s 474 Elgin Street location to report the Winnipeg, Manitoba human-trafficking operation in which I had amassed six weeks of evidence² .
The counter clerk insisted that the only way for me to file a police complaint was to call an on-duty beat cop with their hallway phone ³ .
Shortly after placing the call, Arlotta arrived⁴ .
Instead of taking my statement, he threatened me three times:
- leave now or I’ll charge you with Mischief ⁵ ,
- leave now or I’ll charge you with violating your [illegally-obtained] probation order ⁶ and
- leave now or I’ll take you to the hospital.
Then, Arlotta apprehended me under Ontario’s Mental Health Act and drove be to The Ottawa Hospital where he continued to lie to on-call psychiatrist (FNAME LNAME) to have me involuntarily committed. ⁷
The following morning, after sharing testimony against the human trafficking operations that Arlotta refused to permit me to report⁸ .to TOH psychiatrist Shawn Hudes⁹ , I was immediately discharged without assistance.
I was then re-arrested by another two crooked OPS cops who refused to take my statement¹⁰ .

By choosing to remain willfully blind (aka, a Party to offence), NAME enables CRIME1, CRIME2 and much, much more. Pronoun is part of Ottawa’s faux legal-judicial system and contributes to its “busy-ness” and growth as innocent people are terrorized and trafficked³ through the courts (and prisons) while the criminals remain protected and financially rewarded.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if Arlotta hadn’t been a crooked cop. Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while it is me who’s been terrorized for years.
