Introduction: On 20250523, I delivered to ECMCC a 9-page letter to its CEO Thomas Quatroche and included 28 enclosures to which he could refer (see https://twb.rocks/blank-00/living/safety/ecmcc/thomas-quatroche). As I had clearly uncovered an insurance company/Medicaid fraud operation that had infiltrated its Zone 5-2, I made several requests:

I followed up by phone with its “Risk Analyst” Martha Mumbach for two weeks, hoping that if nothing else that:

• I would be compensated for the de-frauding of me,
• I would be compensated for the results of my 6-week investigation that exposed not only the fraud but also the dangerous (and illegal) prescription practices of its Zone 5-2 positioned “providers” and
• the three key individuals involved (Brenna Fox, Michael Guppenberger and Yogesh Bakhai) would be terminated and reported to law enforcement (along with others who were complicit).

Instead, on 20250609, I received a lawfare initiating e-mail from lawyer Kevin Hutcheson of Hutcheson Affronti Deisinger that contained:

Good grief, instead of acknowledging the obvious fraud and removing the guilty parties, they chose to attempt to start a Civil Action!

I have zero intent in starting a Civil Action: I am too busy exposing the Human Trafficking/Domestic Terrorism operations that have infiltrated Ottawa, Ontario (see https://twb.rocks/party-to-offence). Of course, I only learned about that crime syndicate because I am part of a group that is exposing Canada’s involvement in the World Economic Forum‘s Agenda 21-driven crimes against humanity as partially evidenced by:

Anyhow, I’ll deal with this new cover-up operation as time permits.

11-Jun-25 I drafted my follow-up letter for Martha Mumbach (see https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/20250611-letter-to-ECMCC-Martha-Mumbach-re-attempted-initiation-of-lawfare_Hospital-Oversight-Accountability_SAQOTU_Deirdre-Moore-Andee-Jak.pdf): I intend to distribute this information to other parties as soon as possible: who would want to donate to or work for an organization that intentionally harbours incompetence, negligence and criminality?

12-Jun-25 ECMCC lawyers ignored my reply and sent an amended letter and notice, already padding their bill for a lawsuit that I never initiated:
