Introduction

Please understand that (since 2019) these publications have been produced on a “best-efforts” basis. I need to survive this group’s ongoing harassment/criminality, document it and publish while being constantly displaced, arrested, kidnapped, robbed and de-frauded. A full-time staff of 12 and I still wouldn’t be able to keep up with this syndicate’s production of self-incriminating evidence. I am legally bound, pursuant to s. 21(1) of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC“), to attempt to report the criminal organization in which my husband is involved: it clearly states:

“21 (1) Every one is a party to an offence who

(a) actually commits it;
(b) does or omits to do anything for the purpose of aiding any person to commit it; or
(c) abets any person in committing it.”.

Therefore, if I don’t try to report it, I can be criminally charged. But, when I do try to report it, I am criminally charged or otherwise apprehended. The Ottawa Police Services Board (“OPSB”) refuses to provide the evidence of how I’ve attempted to report this [terrorist] group to them (see partial evidence at https://twb.rocks/the-darkumentary) because they are complicit.

Yes, the Mayor of Ottawa, Mark Sutcliffe is well aware as detailed at https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/vis/mark-sutcliffe and https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/benjamin-poirier. So are all of the City Counsellors. City Hall has been aware of my plight since 2020 as evidenced at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/jim-watson-02.

Sutcliffe was on the Ottawa Police Services Board (“OPSB”) when they decided that, instead of making a reasonable offer to settle and firing a handful of rogue cops, they should illegally terminate my Civil Action and have me declared vexatious so that all of the network’s other perpetrators could get away with their crimes and torts. Attempts to reach legitimate law enforcement who are not covering-up organized crime

I’ve attempted to report my husband et al. approximately X times since 2013. (insert link to list of attempts to report):

  • 2013-2015 to OPSB re: domestic violence and child abuse
  • 2016-2019 to the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa re: domestic violence and child abuse
  • 2017 to Ontario’s Office of the Children’s lawyer re: domestic violence and child abuse
  • 2019, 2021, 2022 with OPSB
  • 2022 attempts via RCMP
  • September 2023 (introduce cover up by Niagara Regional Police Service and RCMP’s Matt Peggs et al):
  • September 2024, I even went all the way to the RCMP detachment in Winnipeg to attempt to report Ottawa’s terrorist network. The result? Within 24 hours I was ensnared by a medical kidnapping operation that was fully protected by Manitoba’s selected “Capacity Board” and Ombudsman (see partial details linked to https://twb.rocks/hsc-win). Lucky to escape that operation 20241101, I tried to report it to multiple law enforcement agencies (insert links) including Ottawa where I was apprehended twice for attempting to report (insert links re: Vince Arlotta on 20241205 without-grounds apprehension and 20241206-09 nightmare). Equally devastating, the storage unit that held the physical evidence against this group (from February 2013 to October 2024) was auctioned off as I was unlawfully prevented from making the payment (insert link to document).

Heightened Fear for Safety given fresh evidence against RCMP, OPSB & OPP

After spending ~six months in jail in 2024* for attempting to report crime; plus, the six-week, RCMP-caused, “medical kidnapping” in Manitoba (see https://twb.rocks/hsc-win), I realized Ottawa’s demon-managed carcasses were totally fearless. The network was seemingly even able to recruit social assistance to terrorize me (see partial testimony and evidence linked to https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/jean-doyle).

By March 2025, I realized I had better increase the awareness of lawlessness in Ottawa for my own protection and began circulating my twbROCKS Investigative Journalism Contest (see https://twb.rocks/upig/contest/announcement) that would further expose it fully infiltrated legal-judicial system.

March – April 2025 Thinking international exposure was required, my efforts brought me to Buffalo, New York as Trump-Trudeau relations intensified. Hoping the broader spotlight would encourage the Ottawa syndicate to retreat, I used my contest prize table as a reason to approach various businesses. However, I was soon ensnared by a US-based, Insurance-company Fraud operation instead!
