In Canada, domestic violence is an industry: it feeds its symbiotic economy of human trafficking, domestic terrorism and taxpayer fraud which keeps cops, lawyers, judges and others busy and rich (see pre-published book series being outlined at https://twb.rocks/upig).

By the end of 2012, I realized that there was something very wrong with my husband; but, at that point I hadn’t quite figured out what it was. I simply knew that he couldn’t care less about me or our children, Sean and Cate (see 2025 Awareness Campaign #2 at https://twb.rocks/political-persecution/sean-kiska_cate-kiska_children-of-deirdre-moore). I had never researched sociopathy or so-called “Cluster B personality disorders”. I had never heard the term “covert, malignant narcissist”. I certainly had never thought about Genesis 3:15 or a “serpent seed”. I just knew I needed a divorce.

There isn’t a “non-violent” crime that this psychological version of Paul Bernardo won’t commit in his ongoing attempt to drive me to suicide.

I actually witnessed physical changes as he descended further and further into deeper levels of sociopathy (or, demonic possession?) The more he succeeded in system-enabled torture, the more sick and twisted he became.

His decade-long enjoyment of torturing me and my children will take a while to evidence: this is merely a skeleton page which will eventually contain both oral and written testimony … and as well as links to the evidence that I am “permitted” to publish.

Ottawa has been totally infiltrated by sociopaths: there is no legitimate law enforcement, child protection or legal/judicial services. My advice to any non-sociopaths currently living there?

John Kiska is, among other things, a pathological liar who enjoys torturing women and children for pleasure and profit. This is him, sticking out his tongue and giving me the finger as he phones his friends at Ottawa Police Services in June 2019. One month later, he lied in order to have me arrested, charged, denied bail and the long-awaited divorce trial cancelled. As of October 29, 2025, I am still married to him as his many accomplices continue to help him “ghost me” so that Sean and Cate will have no memory of me.

IRREPARABLE HARM

It will be difficult to itemize the irreparable harm that John Kiska has caused me and my two children: we are still paying the price today and (insert his covid-related decisions). The Continuing Record for this scandalous divorce file #FC-15-2446 was being uploaded. However, once Ottawa’s SCJ clerks realized I was publishing evidence against all of their superiors, they refused to extend access.

2025

Following last year’s exposure of RCMP’s top brass Matt Peggs3 and the resulting six-week kidnapping by Bill Gates’-funded University of Manitoba-positioned traffickers/terrorists4, the planned un-aliving of me became too obvious to ignore. Highlights included:
  • Civil court: a behind-my-back#, illegally-heard/held# proceeding to have me illegally declared vexatious# and, therefore, unlawfully# denied access to any recourse through civil courts despite the mountains of evidence filed with Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice throughout 2023#.
  • Family court: obfuscation and eventual refusal by court clerks to provide access to continuing records required# to continue my divorce and refusal to schedule the next court-ordered step in the divorce#.
  • Criminal court: the bold confirmation by Ottawa’s Crown Attorney’s Office’s David Rodgers# that following the [false-positive] conviction of me# (for attending my own property at 1244 Lampman Crescent#) they would seek to have me declared “Not Criminally Responsible”# (and, therefore, chemically restrained# by their accomplices at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre#). 
  • A without-grounds, Canada-wide warrant for my arrest (following by a six-week entanglement in a U.S.-based Medicaid/Insurance-company fraudulent operation#) was not rescinded despite evidence of zero crime committed#; and, a second one was issued after I refused to participate in their rigged June 2025 trial#.

  • What should have been my $2,000,000 property#, has been converted into an absolute dump by Kiska.   • I updated my “pfiROCKS Visitor Analysis” database# and learned how the NL Crown Attorney’s Office was communicating with the province’s Chief Information Officer, how many RCMP offices were following my website across the country and more regarding the use by the syndicate of IP addresses to organize its terrorist cells#.
  • I escaped NL by returning Canada Post boxes to pay for my fare after my final few thousand dollars was stolen by [insert adjective of choice], Shelene Crawley (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/shelene-crawley) One can only speculate why she chose to participate in my demise; however, the Ottawa-based part of ths syndicate was well aware of my temporary NL address as it was contained in all legal documents served and filed for the OPSB v. Within one month of my delivery of my evidence-laden “20181231 Submission to Engelking” to Kiska (and his crooked lawyer Wade Smith), Tracy Engelking and the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, my Sean and Cate were illegally ripped from my life and delivered to Kiska. The trafficking and terrorization of me went from barely-tolerable to maximum-possible. Highlights included:
  • Sole custody and access of Sean & Cate to Kiska My children were stolen, my townhouse was emptied, I was falsely accused, arrested and denied bail twice.
  • I was declared “Not Criminally Responsible” by a crooked Quebec-based psychiatrist just before being acquitted (as I never committed a crime).
  • Ottawa’s Crown Attorney’s Office exposed themselves as nothing but a[nother] criminal organization under Ontario’s Doug Downey’s watch.
  • The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa and multiple Superior Court of Justice judges produced self-incriminating evidence of their involvement in human trafficking, domestic terrorism and taxpayer fraud.

2018 – Kiska is a sick & twisted covert, malignant narcissist#

Introduction …. Highlights included:
  • My Letter to the Editor ” ” published#; however, I did not realize the Ottawa Citizen was involved in organized stalking and harassment at the time#.
  • I received a favourable recommendation from the Office of the Children’s Lawyer: sole custody of Sean and Cate should go to me#. I did not, however, realize that I and the entire investigation would be buried by SCJ’s Justice Tracy Engelking#, the CAS# and … itself#.

  • My bank account was hacked so I would inadvertently pay Kiska’s bills#. My and my daughter’s Apple devices were hacked# as was our home Wi-Fi which made drafting legal documents impossible#.
  • Kiska alerted my elderly parents that he would be “going for the jugular” (see insert).
  • Due to the ongoing court-enabled fraud and I was forced to sell our bungalow and move into a townhouse just to be able to continue to survive financially.

2017 – Ottawa has a massive gang-stalking network

Introduction …. Highlights included:
  • I first became aware that I was being severely gang-stalked (see https://twb.rocks/gang-stalking)# and started to collect evidence of same#.
  • My children and I made a new home for ourselves at 7 Vanson Avenue#; however, I soon realized that Kiska (and/or his accomplices were entering our home at will to add threats or notes to my documents (see insert at right), hide/damage possessions and plant Aduino/Raspberry Pi technology in various home electronics for gaslighting, stalking and harassment purposes.
  • Kiska leveraged the Ottawa Police whenever possible to harass me.
  • I generated precedent-setting case law that [I thought] could be used by all victims of domestic violence (see 2017’s partially successful Motion to Amend Answer stored at Darlene Summer (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/darlene-summers); alas, both it and I were eventually buried.

2016

Introduction …. Highlights included:
  • I secured a six-month contract in the Finance Department of The Ottawa Hospital; however, VP of Finance Nathalie Cadieux (see https://obj.ca/cfo-of-the-year-nathalie-cadieux-work-community-family/) asked me to commit fraud by reallocating donor money from the departments gifted to the hospital’s general admin coffers. Instead, I notified various departments of the planned fraud#. That was my last real employment experience in Ottawa, despite my extensive c.v.#, with the exception of National Research Council# and the subjective First Nations’ “Band Fund Model” via XYZ#.
  • I was advised to agree to an Interim Shared Parenting Agreement# that did not speak to spousal nor child support and duped into agreeing to a dividend from my own company in order to survive financially. Conclusion: By the end of 2016, I had left Kiska for the third and final time#. I managed to rent a two-bedroom condominium for Sean, Cate and I nearby until managing to evict David Pattee# from the three-bedroom bungalow that I was duped into purchasing the previous year.

2015 – my evidence against Kiska is undeniable

Our toxic marriage first entered the court system in November of 2015. Highlights included:
  • I finally ordered my files from The Ottawa Hospital during the summer of 2015: on September 26th, I discovered the first document that proved Kiska had lied to psychiatrists to ensure I was formed.
  • On 20150926, I confronted Kiska with the evidence and by 20151012 I ended up back at The Ottawa Hospital.
  • All parties concerned ignored all of my testimony and evidence … except for Ottawa Police Services’ Sebastien Paradis who didn’t even bother to speak to me (see insert).
  • I informed Kiska that I intended to divorce him for cruelty; however, I was unable to find a lawyer who would help me and Kiska served on me his Application first. I was then duped into tying up all of my retirement savings in a real estate transaction that drained me of all liquidity.
  • I endured an impossible “nesting” arrangement until financially forced to return.

2014 – Gaslighting &/or fear can cause a psychotic break

My first attempt to divorce Kiska occurred the day I was released from TOH following an eight-week forced hospitalization based solely on the false collateral information of Kiska#. This occurred after “flying monkey” sibling, Eileen Moore, served as Kiska’s accomplice. However, I was unable to find any lawyer in Ottawa who would assist me. Highlights included:

Conclusion: 2014 was the second year that Kiska arranged for me to miss my son Sean’s birthday#. It was his “special” birthday as he turned 8 on May 8th; but, the weather was so cold that we delayed his celebration until July. By the end of 2014, I had begun to realize that Kiska was somehow behind my 2013/2014 nervous breakdowns; and, that the psychiatrists who operated from The Ottawa Hospital# were utterly useless. I still remained ignorant of organized stalking and harassment (ie. gang-stalking#) or that the Ottawa Police Services Board was a criminal enterprise#. I had no idea that Ottawa’s entire legal-judicial system was merely a front for organized crime; specifically, human trafficking# and domestic terrorism# that would keep everyone fearful and distracted as the federal government advanced Agenda 21#.

2013 – There is something very wrong with Kiska

Following a frustrating 2012, I decided to try to “put my foot down” on our irresponsible financial planning and our “workaholic” lifestyle that excluded the family experiences promised but never delivered. Highlights included:
  • a month-long argument, mostly by e-mail, that ended with Sean so frightened that he thought Kiska had physically hit me,
  • my first nervous breakdown (as already mentioned for 2012 below)
  • a six-week hospitalization at The Ottawa Hospital that implicated two additional psychiatrists, Keith Anderson and Yoland Charbonneau, and
  • me attempting to figure out what a psychotic break was.

While I suspect that my children and I had already been long-ago pegged by the syndicate as individuals who would be severely targeted, this is impossible for me to prove. Noteworthy is that both Sean & Cate attended Riverside Park Nursery School for a few hours each week where I was happy to volunteer; and, both Sean and Cate attended Sir Winston Churchill Public School where they began performing on stage at the annual talent show. Conclusion: 2013 was the first year that Kiska arranged for me to miss my son Sean’s birthday#. My entire family# had no problem celebrating without me. I had no idea that it would be the first of many as Kiska began his final “discard” of me#. By the end of the year, I still had zero clue about how effective gaslighting# (or abuse-without-the-bruises) could be or that my husband was a pathological liar#. I certainly had no idea what a covert malignant narcissist# was; or, that anything in the Bible was actually true#. I was laser focused on my children and trying to figure out why I had experienced two episodes of [Abuse-induced] Defensive Dysregulation (“ADD”)#.

2012

Kiska and I were introduced in 1996 (thanks to his now-deceased, companion sister, Mary 2) shortly after I wrote my final CFA exam) and married in 2000. Sean was born May 8, 2005 and Cate was born November 30, 2007 3. By the time Sean and Cate had reached the age to attend public school, I realized that my husband couldn’t care less about the three of us. Despite being older parents and relatively affluent, he:
  • refused to have our home properly insured,
  • refused to purchase any meaningful life insurance and
  • refused have a Will prepared.

With my BBA, CFA designations4 and his MBA, CPA designations5, there was no excuse for his lack of financial responsibility or sound estate planning; except, Kiska already knew by this point that he would be getting rid of me. Who knew he was working on a business model6 so he could teach other sociopaths how to successfully do the same?

Merely three months after our “Angry Birds” photography session (see insert and other photos at https://twb.rocks/about-us/angry-birds-photo-shoot), and with the help of OCDC’s Greg Wysynski7 and CAS’s Yvonne Munro8, Kiska began to create the false history of mental illness9 that would be used to completely discredit me and fully gaslight Sean and Cate.

Conclusion: 2012 marked the end of my faux 12-year marriage to Kiska and the beginning of my never-ending divorce which, as of 20251019, has no end in sight10.
