On 20250503, I learned that a Canada-wide warrant was issued for my arrest on 20250414). Why? I missed the first scandalous, time-already-served, 3-day criminal trial (see 20240216 orchestrated arrest for attending my home (from which I’ve been illegally banned) just to try to reach legitimate law enforcement at OPSB at https://twb.rocks/upig/police/still-alive) because I was illegally detained by another batch of insane quacks in Buffalo, New York for six weeks (see start of civil action details against Erie County Medical Center at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/brenna-fox); so, I am now attempting to have it terminated/withdrawn/vacated. Both the Crown Attorney’s Office and the Ontario Court of Justice refuse to inform me of the process for doing this. Recent correspondence is pasted below with links provided. As of 20250512 13:20, despite my efforts, the Crown has refused to respond. My pre-trial Charter Application (given the number of OPS-Crown-OCJ-SCJ violations since 20190727) will likely take three days itself to be heard; however, I need the OCJ Applications to be scheduled and heard first. On what grounds are you denying me this time? Or, do you simply have no grounds again. That you denied third-party records and witnesses for my scheduled (breach allegation) trials has made any “beyond a reasonable doubt” finding of guilt technically impossible. That doesn’t stop you from threatening me with a baseless conviction and a “Not-Criminally-Responsible” finding to force chemical restraints, though, does it?

I have already served over FIVE MONTHS for those two alleged breach events.

2. My 20210311 Cost Submission EVIDENCED how VVB was lying and how Gomery’s 20210218 decision was illegal (see S. 126 of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC“) s. 126 Disobey a Statute) and unlawful (see Rule 21 of Rules of Civil Procedure of Ontario’s Courts of Justice Act (“CJA”).
3. Gomery IGNORED my evidence-laden cost submission it and released a scandalous “Happy St. Paddy’s Day” $7,500 cost award on top of her ridiculous20210224 decision which stayed proceedings until my divorce was finalized because “… it will be impossible to ascertain if claims of [severe financial and psychological abuse] are founded until the matrimonial litigation is resolved” (at para. What is the process for having the bench warrant withdrawn? The Crown Attorney’s Office has refused to respond despite being made aware that I was detained in the US for six weeks via an illegally-obtained court order.

There are zero legitimate grounds for this warrant; and, they are in violation of s. 429 if they pursue my re-arrest.

My records indicated a status update regarding my multiple Charter Applications to be heard this Friday. If that hearing has been vacated, it needs to be re-scheduled asap.
