In a nutshell, ..

I approached Buffalo General Medical Centre seeking a U.S. version of an unfilled, Canadian prn prescription for a CNS-depressant … just in case my marketing trip to Buffalo continued to “spiral” (due to CRA’s perpetual incompetence/harassment).

ECMC’s hope?

Likely, that I’ll pay their insane $100,000 invoice like some idiot.

My Goals?

Contribute to Fox’s, Guppenberger’s and Bakhai’s loss of licenses and, hopefully, convictions for, among other things, Medicaid/Medicare Fraud. Dollars to donuts, if they did this to me, they are doing it to others in order to keep their 144 beds full.

Also, some of Fox’s accomplice nurses (including, but not limited to, Darcy, Beth, Kelly and Jeanne) need to be removed and prevented from ever serving any vulnerable population again.

IRREPARABLE HARM

It will be difficult to itemize the irreparable harm that this individual, through commission and/or omission (as defined in section 21(1) of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC“) viewable here: https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence), has caused me and my two children: we are still paying the price today. In fact, due to ECMCC’s acts and omissions, a Canada-wide warrant for my arrest was issued (see evidence at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/ontario-court-of-justice/canada-wide-warrant); so, the damages are not yet possible to tally.

  • 20250502 The scanning complete and my luggage lightened, I began planning to return to the cesspool for human trafficking and organized crime (see work-in-progress whistle-blowing page at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/introduction-to-ottawa-criminality) that is the capital of Canada.
  • 20250501 I began scanning my evidence against ECMCC at the local library, returning to the shelter each evening in time to secure my cot.
  • 20250430 I was discharged by 10:30 and tossed the one-month’s supply of lithium into the trash where it belongs. I kept the prescription for the foot fungus that I had acquired though; and, I was transported to the Gennsee Street “homeless” shelter by taxi at ~16:00.
  • 20250429 I submitted a scathing 38-pager to Buffalo’s Mental Hygiene Legal Services’ David Lin and managed to get a copy to ECMCC “legal” via my “request for $75 USD refund”.
  • 20250424 I am finally permitted to pay my bills/re-new my twb.ROCKS website … with a $75 USD late fee required. So, I wrote another letter to Tommy Q (insert link).
  • 20250416 A Canada-wide warrant was issued for my arrest [for a section 145 Failure to Appear violation].

  • 20250409 I attended Kangaroo Court against sociopath Guppenberger, again.
  • 20250404 I attempted to secure confirmations of Fox’s awareness of the libel that she had published in my medical files.
  • 20250402 Given only 10 minutes to defend myself and with zero ability to serve or file documents, Paula L.   • 20250329 Nurse Nicole served the final two documents of MMG LLP’s Court Submission:

(As she revealed that she was from Alberta, Canada, I discussed some of the World Economic Forum and Policy Horizons Canada (see https://twb.rocks/policy-horizons) initiatives with her.
  • 20250324 As lunch had just been served, we were in a crowded dining room and Fox admitted that “[she] had not yet reviewed my chart”, our meeting was adjourned on consent. Then, Fox drafted her Treatment Over Objection Evaluation (“TOOE”) (22 hours prior to our first clinical interview).
  • 20250322 I was transferred to ECMCC’s Zone 5-2.

    • I thought it might be wise to obtain a US version of an unfilled, Canadian prescription for Ativan (in case things got a little rough).
