My Urgent Motion (Family Court)

2024: Not filed until 20250604; plus, all of my records were lost during the 6-week, post-RCMP, kidnapping event in Winnipeg, Manitoba (see https://twb.rocks/hsc-win). However, as I was forced to serve six months in jail based on Team OPSB/Crown’s false allegations, income should come in at

less than $3,000.

Another year passed when Ottawa’s Family Court refused to schedule the “ordered” return of 10 year+ divorce to crooked SCJ judge Pamela MacEachern (https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/vis/pamela-maceachern).

Her 20210609 endorsement was pretty clear;

and, SCJ’s Divisional Court-exposing Appeal ended on 20211220  (see incriminating evidence against five more Kiska accomplices at https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/vis/three-stooges-1).

2025: Who knows: I am currently in hiding due to a without-grounds Canada-wide Warrant (see partial details at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/ontario-court-of-justice/canada-wide-warrant).

Despite my education, experience and efforts, I haven’t been able to secure any sort of meaningful contract or employment since my attempts to divorce Kiska began in 2013:

And, the continuous de-frauding and robbing of me (see testimony and evidence linked to “Legal Quagmire” at https://twb.rocks/legal-quagmire) as well as the cover-up by multiple levels of law enforcement suggest that I am merely prey for their entire syndicate.

On 20250611, I realized that I needed to register with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services just because I’ve been here for more than 30 days while I attempt to reason with Ottawa’s legal-judicial system. I submitted my form and attempted to provide as much evidence-linked testimony as possible (see responses reproduced at https://twb.rocks/g-325r).

On 20250625, I re-initiated attempting to communicate with Family Court, a pointless exercise (see continuation of their involvement below)

2026: Will Kiska finally be arrested? What about all of his courthouse-positioned accomplices? The conspiracy to prosecute is as undeniable as the ongoing fraud.
