April was a lot like last Fall! (insert details of 20250320-20250430 illegal detention at ECMCC and introduce Brenna Fox (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/brenna-fox); so, the “archives” will simply be stored in that file.

As I chip away at my Canadian Family, Criminal and Civil chores, I shall also compile my package for ECMCC CEO Thomas Quatroche. I shall assume that he is not aware that his Zone 5-2 is committing Medicaid Fraud and provide to him an opportunity to make some simple changes that begin with the firing of Dr. Yogesh Bakhai, Dr. Michael T. Guppenberg and Nurse Practitioner Brenna Fox.

01-May-25 I began to publish “The Urgent Motion” at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/john-kiska/fc-15-2446/2025-urgent-motion. I have been trying to bring this Motion for years; but, the courthouse clerks are very protective of Ottawa’s gang-stalking operations and my efforts are perpetually obfuscated by nameless clerks who are merely cowardly keyboard warrior-minions who serve the career criminal lawyers (be they appointed to have immunity or still “practicing their craft” at some law firm).

03-May-25 I learned that there was a Canada-wide warrant out for my arrest; so, I proclaimed (among other things) that independent journalism in Canada was dead; and, I handed out a lot of twb.ROCKS! advocacy buttons to help with the exposure of Canada’s capital as a covert hub for multi-level human trafficking that evidenced widespread government corruption, corporate crime and taxpayer fraud. (Note that the buttons now promote twb.ROCKS and the business cards have changed: perpetual terrorization and displacement forces one to become … creative.)

04-May-25 A day of respite, friendship and preparation.

05-May-25 We had a “Cinco de Mayo” party! I think Our Father wanted to teach me a lesson about tequila, the excellent CNS-depressant choice as long as one has the dosage right. My current favourite? Hornito’s Black. It rivals many single-malt scotches in quality but at a fraction of the price.

07-May-25 I purchased supplies for an upcoming road trip and a new mail campaign; plus, I continued to work on plans for two upcoming interviews:

08-May-25 My son Sean turned 19 today: it was his sixth birthday-in-a-row where my sending to him a simple birthday card has been criminalized. No one has sent to me even a simple picture of him or his baby sister Cate since they were court-napped on 20190201:

There is something very wrong with my “family”. When my dad, Charlie Moore (see obituary https://ottawacitizen.remembering.ca/obituary/charlie-moore-1082941310) passed on 20210729, not one of them even bothered to tell me. Kiska must have enjoyed that immensely: they are either complicit in his criminal activities or they are true “flying monkeys” (described at https://www.verywellmind.com/narcissists-and-flying-monkeys-7552473 and a narcissist’s key strategic move). 09-May-25 I purchased more stamps for my mail campaign and re-posted the Angry Birds Photo Shoot from 2012 (see https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/vis/angry-birds-photo-shoot): these were some of the photos of Sean, Cate and me about three months before my marriage to Kiska began to quickly unravel.

Why did the unravelling begin in February 2012 (insert e-mail thread and add evidence of first-ever nervous breakdown)? It wasn’t until he refused to do any responsible estate planning for Sean & Cate that I realized he couldn’t care less about the three of us.

A decade later, I now know: we were just a front so he could pursue his darker goals regarding sick& twisted, gang-stalking and legal-judicial supported, organized crime that is designed to drive its targets to suicide.

Given what he has done to us, and some of the tell-take signs that he displayed back in 2016, I suspect by now that he is fully possessed. I have no idea who could help him at this point. Not that he would be seeking help: Kiska is so confident in his police-judge-political protection that he’s likely laughing at the fact that I am “advertising” his company for him. The Book of Daniel Chapter 12 Verse 10? That likely means zero to Kiska or any or his accomplices.

11-May-25 Another Mother’s Day without Sean & Cate as I continue to try to rescue them from their sociopath dad and his endlessly-wicked accomplices who are doing everything to prevent them from ever learning the truth about what their dad has done to us. I completed the design of my first “Dear Mayor” postcard (see https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/The-WhistleBlower-Postcard-1.pdf), circulated it via my @CaeJak profile on Twitter and addressed my first three to alleged “top lawyers” in Ottawa: Lawrence Greenspon, Michael Spratt and Paul Champ as all three of them refused to represent me (2020-2024).

12-May-25 In anticipation of increased viewership due to upcoming mail campaign and “feet-on-street” initiatives, by 10:00 I had cleaned up the twbROCKS menu by creating a “twbROCKS Multi-media Exposure!” page (https://twb.rocks/multi-media-exposure) which serves as a great introduction to my “living nightmare” and a decent index for some of my whistle-blowing testimony/evidence and advocacy/resources content. 15-May-25 I finally managed to list all of the civil actions that OPSB arranged to have illegally shut down … while simultaneously claiming that the crime of fraud committed by Kiska was “a civil matter”. It’s labelled “The Vexatious Litigant Racket” (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/superior-court-of-justice/vexatious-litigant-racket) because the forced process effectively create a new set of rules that enable Ottawa’s Civil Court-positioned terrorists to circumvent Ontario’s Courts of Justice Act in much the same way that:

  • Release Orders and Probation Orders enable Ottawa’s Criminal Court-positioned terrorists to circumvent actual crimes listed in Canada’s Criminal Code; and,
  • Ottawa’s Family Court-positioned terrorists use Ontario’s
    • Courts of Justice Act (“CJA“)
    • Child, Youth and Family Services Act (“CYFSA“) and/or
    • Mental Health Act (“MHA“)

to circumvent the protections from domestic violence codified in Canada’s federal Divorce Act.

My HP laptop beyond repair following its motherboard somehow being destroyed during one of my many stints at OCDC, I finally was able to pick up a re-furbished one for about $500. (Grateful for the generosity of strangers who lent to me their old laptop for the past few weeks. ♥)

Still zero response from Ottawa’s Crown Attorney’s Office or my husband’s accomplices at Bell Baker LLP: the targeting of me by Ottawa’s taxpayer-funded terrorist network (which operates out of its courthouse at 161 Elgin Street) remains ongoing.

23-May-24 I delivered my 28 exhibit-referencing, 9-page letter to Thomas Quatroche regarding the incompetence, negligence and criminal activity (including Medicaid/insurance-company fraud) occurring at ECMCC’s Zone 5-2. My correspondence is being published at (insert link) as I optimistically await his response as “part of the solution” vs. “part of the problem”. Meanwhile, tidying up draft thesis being pre-published at https://twb.rocks/psychiatry remains on the to-do-list.

24-May-25 My illegally-obtained, unlawful, illegal, 3-year probation order crafted by Mike Boyce (https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/vis/mike-boyce) to protect John Kiska from his seemingly endless crimes against me ends today*. *So, this leaves the illegally-obtained, illegal, unlawful Child, Youth, Family Services Act (“CYFSA“) restraining order that Kiska’s former accomplice (Bell Baker LLP’s Wade Smith (https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/vis/wade-smith) secured via crooked SCJ judge Mary Fraser (after complicit lawyer Cedric Nahum (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/cedric-nahum) did such a lousy job that I had to fire him at the last minute): details of how the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa were fully leveraged to destroy the relationship between me and my children?

26-May-25 I wrote to Ottawa’s Family Court regarding “next steps” for FC-15-2446 (the never-ending divorce file partially linked to https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/john-kiska/fc-15-2446/2025-urgent-motion) given the ongoing support for domestic violence by SCJ’s Julie Audet and Pamela MacEachern: see e-mail at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/20250526-1032-email-to-SCJ-Family-re-FC-15-2446-and-next-steps-given-Pamela-MacEachern-order_SAQOTU_Deirdre-Moore-Andee-Jak.pdf.

I also sent another request to some nameless ODSP person who claimed some healthcare provider re-applied for ODSP (without my knowledge) using someone else’s health records!! (see e-mail stored at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/20250415-20250526-ODSP-Thread-re-Fraud-by-Ontario-Healthcare-Provider-Timing-of-Alert-given-OCJ-Warrant_SAQOTU_Deirdre-Moore.pdf). I had no idea that my 2023 ODSP Application was denied or that anyone re-applied in 2024. I was dealing with a handful of Ontario Works-positioned fraudsters from November 2024-March 2025 (see partial evidence against the Ottawa-based group at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/jean-doyle); and, I hadn’t escaped the Winnipeg, Manitoba-based Human Trafficking/Experimentation operation (partial details linked to https://twb.rocks/upig/psych/population-control) until 20241101. So, it could have been one of many.

Interestingly, I wasn’t informed of the allegedly-fraudulent ODSP re-application until 20250415 … one day after the Crown issued my Canada-wide Warrant (detailed at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/ontario-court-of-justice/canada-wide-warrant) while I was illegally detained in Buffalo, New York (insert link). Surely, that was a co-incidence and not simply another request made by the Crown Attorney’s Office to another [?linked terrorist cell?].

Despite the threats of a strike by Canada Post, my mail campaign continues and, in due course, I will update my Donor Page (see https://twb.rocks/twbrocks-fund-raising_recipients-list) which will reveal just how complicit (in covering up the front for domestic terrorism that Ottawa’s legal-judicial system) our lawyers (and so-called “officers of the court”) truly are.

27-May-25 I began to explore the multiple alleged whistleblower protections that are alleged to exist. (As we have experience with so-called provincial Ombudsmans (insert links), however, we expect this exercise to be more academic than anything else.)

28-May-25 As e-mail correspondence since 20250501 has generated zero meaningful response from any party involved, I attempted to accomplish something in court over the phone:

29-May-25 As expected, zero response was received from any of Kiska’s taxpayer-funded accomplices. Top 5 conclusions from this month:

  1. To protect Kiska (and prevent my children from ever learning the truth), Ottawa’s court-enabled terrorists fully intend to orchestrate a False-Positive Conviction so they can have me declared “Not Criminally Responsible” and chemically restrained by their accomplices at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. My son Sean has been fully brain-washed by Kiska. I saw his Linked-In profile and he’s being groomed to “follow in his father’s footsteps”: I wonder if Sean is aware of how much organized crime he’s being set up for. (This is why “the system” is so motivated to rip the real parent from children’s lives: I wasn’t wrong when I created my over-simplified illustration of Ottawa’s white-collar, blue-collar, thug-collar crime syndicate in 2021 (see illustration at left and pinned to my Twitter account at https://x.com/CaeJak/with_replies)).
  2. With Mark Carney (of Bank of England and Brookfield fame) positioned as Canada’s new Prime Minister who’s pushing for “Modular Housing” and Senator Kim Pate tabling the re-named Universal Basic Income bill, while zero individuals in the House of Commons raise awareness of Policy Horizons Canada (meet this WEF initiative at https://twb.rocks/policy-horizons), we can expect United Nations’ so-called Sustainable Development Goals to be in our face 24/7.
  3. With Canada signing on to the World Health Organization (“WHO”) new expanded powers on May 20th and another alleged outbreak of some virus on May 27th, we can expect another series of freedoms (and bodily autonomy) being further restricted in the not too distant future.   4. Based on both online and in-person observations, most Canadians remain fully distracted by local, provincial and/or national political theatre (or, just their tiny M-F, 9-5 world) to realize they’re being corralled into the fourth (and fifth) industrial revolution; even though our World Economic Forum-endorsing “leaders” have been exceptionally transparent about their involvement. Sure, totally-owned, “main–stream” media (ie. the Propaganda Industry) is partially responsible; but, it’s hard to comprehend how most can still remain so naive.
  5. Demons be demons. There is certainly enough visual evidence in Ottawa to suggest that Satanic worship is widespread (insert link to images and links to artists’ portfolio used to decorate the sidewalks) and my experience with a seemingly infinite number of conscience-free teachers/principals, CAS workers, police, lawyers, judges, etc. (see work-in-progress perpetrators list at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals) suggests that they could actually already be possessed. So, this capital city being completely “lawless” makes some sense especially if you believe (as I do) that we are actually already at Book of Revelation’s 20:9 as far as the timeline goes. That is, “Satan’s little season”.
