  • Bardell was allegedly “shamed” out of British Columbia
  • Bardell is member #82798 of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Bardell started our “assessment” with “So, apparently you just got out of jail and you didn’t want to go to a shelter.”

  • On 20240121, I met with Drs. Voltz and Smith and described my current living nightmare.
  • On 20240122, I met assigned “psychiatrist” Andrea Bardell.
  • I began the process of reporting Bardell to the CPSO,
  • On 2024mmdd, ….. and
  • on 2024mmdd, I followed the process to file a complaint with […] so that criminal charges including, but not limited to:
