This woman was provided with an abundance of evidence of the crime being committed against me. What does she do? Provides a semi-favourable** ruling (see https://www.canlii.org/en/on/onsc/doc/2017/2017onsc6872/2017onsc6872.pdf) which permitted to seek damages for my husband’s crimes and torts against me and my children in a Family Court setting. What should she have done? Immediately reported my husband to the Ottawa Police Services Board.

However, domestic violence is an industry in Canada as it feeds its symbiotic economy of human trafficking and domestic terrorism which keep cops, lawyers, judges and others busy and rich.

By choosing to remain willfully blind (aka, a Party to offence), Summers enables domestic violence, child abuse and much, much more. She is part of Ottawa’s faux legal-judicial system and contributes to its “busy-ness” and growth as innocent people are terrorized and trafficked³ through the courts (and prisons) while the criminals remain protected and financially rewarded.

After my semi-favourable ruling (see ) and my published letter to the editor (see ), Kiska “went for the jugular” and confidently alerted my family of same (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/kathleen-moore). They did absolutely nothing to help me.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if Summers hadn’t been a crooked judge. Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while:

I remain forcibly married⁴ to John Kiska (see,
he remains in our ~$2,000,000 matrimonial home at 1244 Lampman Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario K2C 1P8 (which I have the right to sell as I still own half of it),
he pays zero in Divorce Act-legislated spousal support and
I am forced to survive, year after year, with zero access to my own assets, income or my children.
