Introduction

Canada’s utterly useless Divorce Act was amended by its Attorney General/Minister of Justice David Lametti to codify a definition of domestic violence that included, but was not limited to:

• psychological abuse and
• financial abuse.

It also stipulated that domestic violence must be considered when determining the custody and access of children from a marriage (re-labelled “decision-making” and “parenting time”). Following a precedent-setting decision that permitted me to seek damages for my husband’s years of torts and crimes in a family-court setting (see November 2017) and a 4-month investigation that resulted in a recommendation that I receive sole custody (see July 2018), I’ve been ostracized, marginalized, criminalized and demonized to the point that my husband has managed to accomplish complete parental alienation and child alienation … while continuing to reside in our ~$2,000,000 matrimonial home at 1244 Lampman Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario with my 100% gaslit teens, paying zero in legislated spousal support.

Evidence of the escalated 2024-to-present “domestic violence” simply exposed more judges, cops and lawyers … and further incriminated their psychiatric industry-positioned accomplices (as is partially evidenced at https://twb.rocks/UPIG/psych). Suffice it to say, the system was not weaponized to simply destroy one devoted mum. It’s a well-oiled machine designed to silence anyone who begins to wholly question the integrity of any government-supported service/initiative and realize that Canada is merely advancing Agenda 21 (see introduction at https://twb.rocks/on-tour in Level 2, L2-001) while most of its population remains blissfully duped and unaware.
