Another taxpayer-funded, for-profit entity with zero accountability or oversight

20190619 warning that I would be charged with trespassing if I continued to wait to speak to sociopath Mohammed Said’s supervisor regarding his criminal behaviour. He had just admitted receiving a copy of my 20181231 Submission to Engelking and completely ignoring it.

Exposing the criminality of this entity would require an entire year.

The easiest allegations to prove are its multiple counts of violating s. 126 of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC“), Disobey a Statute. Employees had zero regard for Ontario’s Child, Youth and Family Services Act (“CYFSA“) and Courts of Justice Act (“CJA”); or, Canada’s federal Divorce Act . Its only goal was to ensure sole custody and access of my children was granted to abusive husband and pathological liar, John Kiska 2. I guess that’s how they get paid.

  • Niagara Regional Police stabbed me in the back
  • RCMP’s Matt Pegg’s stabbed me in the back
  • I was repeatedly re-arrested by OPSB
  • I was kidnapped when seeking assistance from police in Winnipeg and
  • I finally spent what little money I had to replace my expired driver’s license and stolen passport expecting the worst.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa hadn’t been a criminal enterprise. I first started trying to flee with Sean & Cate in 2013!! Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 (see https://twb.rocks/about-us/sean-kiska_cate-kiska_children-of-deirdre-moore) and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while:

  • I remain forcibly married 16 to John Kiska,
  • he remains in our ~$2,000,000 matrimonial home at 1244 Lampman Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario K2C 1P8 (which I have the right to sell as I still own half of it 17),
  • he pays zero in Divorce Act-legislated spousal support 18 and
  • I am forced to survive, year after year, with zero access to my own assets, income or my children.
