His/her hope?

I am not convinced that he/she has one. Are sociopaths capable of experiencing “fear of consequences”; or, merely the “fight-flight-freeze response” that all wild animals possess? This is a question I have asked for years; but, I have yet to see the topic addressed by anyone.

IRREPARABLE HARM

It will be difficult to itemize the irreparable harm that this individual, through commission and/or omission (as defined in section 21(1) of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC”) viewable here: https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence), has caused me and my two children: we are still paying the price today.

20250319: ODSP Caseworker Jessica Miscio responded to my 20250313 question regarding financial support for securing a place to live. She stated that the “maximum allowance” for one person was $1,368 with a shelter portion of $582.00: she did not answer my question about the amount that I should expect to receive. There is some unknown moving allowance and some start-up kit … “if need be”; although zero information regarding the manner in which “need” is determined or by whom (or what a start-up kit provides). Also, apparently, ODSP will provide last month’s rent on March 31st; but, I need to contact the City of Ottawa for support with the first month’s rent (see her reply stored at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250319-1144-Reply-to-ODSP-Caseworker-Jessica-Miscio-re-process-for-obtaining-first-months-rent-from-City-of-Ottawa_SAQOTU.pdf). She provided zero guidance on the process. I cannot wait to see the orchestrated delay that will result in my perpetual inability to leave Ottawa’s displacement system. Perhaps it won’t be a chicken-and-eggy process?

20250304: A direct deposit of $746.70 was finally received from ODSP.

Note: On 20250305, we may have also tripped over a welfare-fraud scheme being operated by individuals positioned at Ontario Works and TD Bank. This was exposed 20250306 via Twitter (see https://x.com/CaeJak/status/1897216345156280550) … and elsewhere.

20250306  Attended Ontario Works’ 370 Catherine Street branch in person …

20250303  Attended Ontario Works’ 370 Catherine Street branch in person and again asked Jean Doyle (at ~08:55) for:

• an Internal Review of OW’s perpetual [increased financial hardship deductions] and
• the documents that I would need to submit for such a review

As of 20250306 09:11, there is still no response.

I also asked for an explanation, in writing, of the reasons why the amount deducted was increased by an additional $17.15: I alleged that she had the power to punish me for requesting an Internal Review (and simply chose to do so). As of 20250306 09:11, there is still no response.

09:30 I left a detailed message for ODSP’s Juliette Smith at (613) 787-4231 regarding urgency, assignment of a caseworker, timing and amount of initiation of benefits. I did state that I would follow-up with a detailed e-mail which was immediately drafted; but, due to [monkey business] with the Ministry of the Attorney General et al. (regarding their collective denial of access to records required for the perfection of my Appeal (see partial testimony/evidence published at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/ottawa-police-service/2025-appeal-ops with more material circulated via Twitter at https://x.com/CaeJak/status/1896602425546678583)), as of 20250306 09:33, it has not been sent. It will be evidence-laden, published and is next on my to-do list. This morning was consumed by uploading material to a new page re CRA shenanigans at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/cra.  

20250224  Attended Ontario Works’ 370 Catherine Street branch again and spoke to ODSP caseworker Annick who stated that “on 20250219 an OW worker entered a transfer note [into the system]; but, did not transfer the file. Now, workers who word for ODSP re-review the file.”

Me: “Review the file for what?”

Annick: “Nothing else is required: [ODSP] simply activates and calculates the amount.”

So, I called ODSP.

ODSP: “[We have no information because] you are not a client yet.”

Me: “What is the contact information for whomever is in charge?”

ODSP: “[Juliette Smith, (613) 787-4231, is the ODSP Manager who operates from 351 Preston Street. She has no e-mail address; but, the general mailbox is ODSP.ottawa@ontario.ca]”

20250218 Jean was allegedly working from another office today; so, I dealt with another co-ordinator named Emma and Vicki Brasil (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/vicki-brasil) who forced the signing of an error-laden Agreement to Reimburse form (see Image #3) that is apparently used for individuals awaiting payment for (retroactive) Employment Insurance-related benefits. 20250214 Good grief. Jean Doyle is back in action, this time trying to get me to sign some bizarre form that I am pretty sure is:

• illegal and
• designed to enable the “City of Ottawa people” to steal from me and/or the Province of Ontario.

11:15 Update: I am approached by Jean Doyle: “if you are refusing to sign the form then ….[?]” I interjected with my request for February’s Employment Expense amount and the reimbursement of my “over-payment deductions” …. retroactively (as requested by e-mail stored at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/20250214-1046-Email-to-OW-for-202502-Employment-Expenses-and-reimbursment-of-overpayment-deductions-retroactively.pdf.

• On 20250124, Doyle:
  • refused to assign a case worker,
  • refused to schedule an appointment for me with anyone,
  • refused to send to me an e-mail that described her “requirements” (ie. what she needed in order to transfer my file to ODSP): she did hand to me a note (see below),
  • ordered me to leave from ~14:30 on (while I was exposing JNJ* on Twitter (see below),
  • called the police &
  • accused me of violating Ontario’s Provincial Offences Act (“POA”) s. 2(1)(A)(I) (see below)
  • said I would no longer be permitted to enter their building 
• I was approved for ODSP 20241126: the letter is viewable at (insert link)

*Fun fact: Doyle’s accomplice, Mathieu Regimbald (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/mathieu-regimbald), is from Boucherville, Quebec … where manufacturer of so-called anti-psychotic drug Risperidone (ie. Sandoz Inc.) is situated. (see below). Quel surprise!
