This initiative resulted in an immediate, indefinite ban of me attending their Bible Study classes (and any other class else being offered on their second floor) by its long-time Executive Director Rachel Hester who appears to be [on the wrong side] of serving Nashville’s homeless community; flexing power to crush initiative instead of acknowledging free, professional constructive criticism … served up on a silver platter (see evidence at 20260729 Archives entry). In my view, the event indicates mismanagement, discrimination and/or possible capture (see 11-minute presentation regarding manner in which entities are “captured” in Dropdown box at https://twb.rocks/gang-stalking). Regardless, others feel it is newsworthy: the article is being pr-published at https://twb.rocks/hostiles/rachel-hester.

09:21 I added a new player to my “Hostiles” list, Nashville’s “Room In The Inn” Executive Director, Rachel Hester (see work-in-progress exposé at https://twb.rocks/hostiles/rachel-hester). I’m not sure how deep of a “rabbit hole” this might be but, in my opinion, there are enough red flags to have a closer look (especially since Council is considering doubling their budget to ~$900,000/year).

10:06 I finally created a “Bring Forward” page to catalog all of the projects that remain incomplete due to circumstances beyond my control (see work-in-progress at https://twb.rocks/archives/bring-forward).

10:45 RITI patron arrived 45-minutes late. Originally, I was to help him build a template for him to track his community service hours. Somehow that project morphed into me creating some forged document for him. Accordingly, I renegued on my offer to help. This was the same individual who initially approached me to “help me with my husband”; an offer to which I immediately declined.

~08:40 – ~11:00, I attended church and shared by information about RITI’s Rachel Hester with multiple individuals. One asked that I ensure my story “made it to the papers”, as did a woman from NRM last night. Sounds like a great idea to me!

By 11:45, I was offered [a gift of cash] from some RITI patron named “Jim” while briefly seated in the Church Street park. His response to my “I don’t accept cash” was: “Cash App?” as he walked away. (good grief)

While searching for photos collected over past six months to add to my “Service Industry Collapse” article (being published at https://twb.rocks/living/opinion/service-industry-collapse), I tripped over an excerpt from Canada’s Income Tax Act that I’d stored long ago regarding a “Personal Services Business” (see insert at right). My husband, among other things, is guilty of tax evasion:

“In Canada, willful tax evasion is a criminal offence under the Income Tax Act (s. 239) and Excise Tax Act (s. 327), with penalties ranging from fines to up to 14 years’ imprisonment in serious cases.”

Kiska has been at [Indigenous Services Canada (“ISC”)/First Nations Inuit Branch (“FNIB”)] for [?>7? years?]. That’s a lot of with-knowledge tax evasion by both Kiska and [ISC/FNIB]. If anyone is still wondering why I am so concerned with the existing homeless industry, I suggest they ponder this draft article for a few moments.

03-Aug-26 Nashville’s Metro Services’ complaints process for discrimination involves (insert details upon arrival): my e-mail requesting process was acknowledged yesterday (see https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/20260802-2024-Request-Response-re-Complaint-Process-for-RITI-Executive-Director-Rachel-Hester_Metro-Services-Nashville.jpg). It included a photo of my third attempt to communicate with Ms. Hester (see insert at right).

07:25 Despite my written requests, I wasn’t able to access my RITI storage on Friday and had to perform my Open Mic material in my street clothes on Saturday. I still haven’t heard back from Ms. Hester on when my unfair and/or discriminatory ban will be lifted and have already lost the opportunity to earn 240-320 points to go towards my next month’s storage costs. Fortunately, I renewed my storage units one week in advance; else, she could have been in a position to toss out my valuables too!

Although there are padlocks on both of my [units], somehow (by 20260731) the local GSI-mal crew knew that I have a pair of cowboy boots in my suitcase. I can safely assume that my locks have already been picked.

Is “Room In The Inn” really a church? Or, is it a synagogue, a mosque and/or … a temple?

04-Aug-26 I started to document the RITI Conflict Resolution Process at https://twb.rocks/riti/riti-conflict-resolution-process. As I am fairly certain that they do not have one, perhaps they can use the current discrimination of me (see work-in-progress testimony and evidence being linked to https://twb.rocks/hostiles/rachel-hester) to start thinking about why avoiding civil rights violations might be important for a local Council (ie. Nashville’s Metro Services) that is considering the doubling of their current budget.

Meanwhile, I am hoping that a few of Kiska’s Canadian-based accomplices finished receiving their 4-part mail today (see July 22/23 entry at https://twb.rocks/archives/y2026/m202607.

Note: RITI Karaoke was not held on the first floor today; so, I was not permitted to attend.

Finally, I received a response from RITI to which I replied at 09:00, requesting some documentation in advance of their [unscheduled] 20260805 meeting (insert link).

By 09:05 e.s.t., I e-mailed to RITI Executive Director Rachel Hester an agenda for this morning’s 9:00 meeting (see https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/20260805-0900-RITI-Meeting-Agenda-1.0.pdf and html version being published at https://twb.rocks/riti/riti-conflict-resolution-process/20260805-agenda. This agenda was also copied to (insert details) to support my request to (insert details).

As I had no way to print my RITI agenda in advance of the 9:00 meeting, I converted the 6-page, evidence-linked document into six jpegs; however, I was not permitted to refer to them.

06-Aug-26 After yesterday’s fiasco with RITI’s Paul Spivey and “Amanda”, it was clear to me that this taxpayer-funded “church“‘s management issues did not end with incompetence at the Executive Director level (see testimony and evidence at https://twb.rocks/hostiles/rachel-hester). Nope, there’s a much bigger problem. So, after sending a follow-up e-mail to RITI Board President Ryan Myers (see insert at right … when I am able to convert the e-mail to a jpeg which is currently, mysteriously not possible as of 09:50 e.s.t.), I started to work on my presentation for the RITI Board of Directors (see https://twb.rocks/riti/board-presentation).

I’ve already approached multiple businesses who expressed initial interest in participating in the RITI Points Program; so, I’ll continue that research in order to be in a position to present my findings to the Board when the time arises. Meanwhile, I’ll convert my draft invitation (see https://twb.rocks/riti/invitations) to a more useable pdf … but delete Rachel Hester’s e-mail address as she is clearly not someone with whom anyone attempting to help the homeless should be communicating.

07-Aug-26 This morning, I began to identify others in Nashville’s community who might be better equipped to administer grant money to benefit those who’ve been displaced: draft page at https://twb.rocks/one-community. And, I started identifying who else might be interested in this story. Why?

Tossing cash at entities that lack accountability, oversight and tight financial controls will result in three definite outcomes:

  • it will attract fraudsters,
  • it will leave the homeless people homeless and
  • the local supply of cheap food and housing for hookers, dealers and pimps will increase (attracting more of them from other communities).

How do I know? I was already outcast from Canada’s capital city for exposing same; and, experienced various models across the country. The entire “social services” network was fully infiltrated years ago. There is zero recourse once one has been violated/robbed/defrauded as these “Public-Private Partnerships” use local police to enforce trespassing rules and as a “private entity” they can force people from being on their taxpayer/donor-funded “private property”. New “subsidized housing”? It’s just ONE. BIG. RACKET.

Aside: could gatekeeper/“plant” Jonathan Kleck have been accurate in his assessment of the Vatican in his video “You are Exiles” (see https://youtu.be/pXJNZL-Ab74?is=hSmZ0uL1lGybCk1y)? While Kleck’s doctrine is nonsense, one must question the Pope’s support for new religion “Chrislam” when Muslims think that Jesus was merely a prophet?

08-Aug-26 – 09-AUG-26 I managed to share my draft article with several church-positioned people over the weekend. Although it only contained the title and links to evidence, I did add a hand-written note regarding my intention to have it completed before Open Table Nashville hosts its 20260820 “Advocacy & Policy” training session to be held at the West End United Methodist Church (see insert at right).

Aside: I wonder if the folks at that church are aware of the Vatican-supported religion of “Chrislam” or the November 2026 international conference to advance the Noahide Laws (see 20260811 initiatives below).

10-Aug-26 I finally managed to publish more evidence regarding shenanigans in the field of geology (see https://twb.rocks/living/spirit/satans-little-season/cities/grand-canyon-arizona). I hope Vanderbilt University’s Mr. Morgan accepts my request for a meeting! (see image inserted at right). As is obvious, the monkey business occurring at the not-for-profit, homeless industry level pales in comparison to the monkey business occurring at the Oxford/Ivy league level. Perhaps now my list at part D – The Indoctrination Industry (see https://twb.rocks/living/spirit/satans-little-season/beast-system) makes a little more sense to people.

It seems that adding a link to my Grand Canyon photos (and my thinly-veiled allegations regarding geologists) motivated RITI Board President Ryan Myers to finally respond:

“Hello – I am working to look into some of the allegations. I will let you know once I have concluded by investigations. Thanks”

Hopefully, Mr. Myers’ investigation won’t take too long. I’ve already served up the evidence on a silver platter (see 9-page history of correspondence at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/20260810-0821-Email-from-Room-In-The-Inn-RITI-Board-President-Ryan-Myers.pdf) and I need to start accumulating more RITI points so my stored clothing/valuables don’t wind up in the trash on September 6 … just as I am allowed to begin seeking employment.

By noon, I filed my USCIS Form I-765 “Application for Employment Authorization” (see 20260807 images at https://twb.rocks/persecution/us-submissions). My other challenge? Figuring out how to explain the nearly 10-year “gap” in my résumé (scroll down to bottom, right side of https://twb.rocks/about-us) as I endured my husband’s internationalized, domestic-terrorism/human-trafficking network described in my USCIS Asylum Applications (see https://twb.rocks/persecution/us-submissions).

Fortunately, I bought lots of stamps while I was in Puerto Rico in April as my TD Bank card is now blocked everywhere … including the U.S. Postal Service (TO DO>insert link to evidence of card blocked everywhere).

and, do to mailing costs, exceeding eight pages is a problem. Actually, exceeding four pages is a problem in Nashville because … believe it or not … the printers at the Nashville Public Library are incapable of printing two-sided documents!! (see evidence at insert link) How crazy is that in 2026.

13-Aug-26 I advanced my RITI exposure article (see https://twb.rocks/living/exposure/room-in-the-inn) with some re-formatting and by adding endnotes 1-6 and finalizing most of the images 001-015/?100?. The first page has been re-formatted for printing (see insert at right) which I’ve been to distribute via #BOTG, etc. Given the expanded list of issues which RITI may prefer [to remain not in the public domain], I suspect its management/”oversight” team is not too pleased today.

14:14 Hopefully, I am not apprehended via Tennessee’s Mental Health and Substance Abuse laws today (following Myers’ canty NNN, 14-14-14). We, of course, are already aware of the various shenanigans occuring under the guise of “mental health”:

BY 10:19, I finally filed my 2025 Tax Return! (see 8-page return and request for Kiska and his accomplices to be apprehended at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/20260815-2025-T1-Tax-Return-for-Deirdre-Ann-Moore-requesting-arrest-of-John-Kiska-and-accomplices.pdf). Maybe the CRA will be able to encourage Kiska to cough up some of the ?millions? that he owes me in retroactive financial support, occupational rent and damages?? (LOL. Canada is effectively lawless.)

It should be interesting to see if enrolment in university-level geology programs will increase or decrease … internationally. Aside: Evidencing that the Homeless Industry throughout North America is merely another taxpayer-funded/donation-siphoning hoax that is designed to reward those who operate it while further torturing those who’ve already been intentionally pummeled through the floorboards of our [symbiotic economy] isn’t easy. At 10:12 e.s.t., I alerted a number of churches of the Grand Canyon Hoax as I continued to await a response from [the group operating] Nashville’s “church”, Room In The Inn. A glimpse of some of the online [tough-love ministry] that we’ve been advancing over the past few days is:

21-Aug-26 I’m really hoping that my mail sent on August 18th will be opened today! My 2025 Canadian Tax Return (see https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/20260815-2025-T1-Tax-Return-for-Deirdre-Ann-Moore-requesting-arrest-of-John-Kiska-and-accomplices.pdf) mailed August 15th probably won’t arrive for processing until next month. Maybe this will be the year that my husband and his criminal crew (https://twb.rocks/about-us/sean-kiska_cate-kiska_children-of-deirdre-moore) are finally apprehended and I get my children, my house, my dog and my cat back!!

Y’know, part of me wonders if my RITI problems are merely an extension of my Ottawa-based Kiska problems. We know that his network of terrorists is international. I don’t recall Nashville showing up in our 20200820 traffic analysis (or, the update done in 2022 stored at https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/cell-structure); but, it could be newly “recruited”. That would explain why all of the gang-stalking techniques being used seem very remedial/low-level.

BY HH:MM Given the current state of ongoing, perpetual, orchestrated broke-ness, I shall attempt to find a New York-based litigator who is willing to take on Buffalo via what should be a slam-dunk given my evidence-linked testimony stored at https://twb.rocks/living/exposure/ecmcc/thomas-quatroche. Of course, evidence that NY’s Governor Hochul (and HANYS’ Bea Grause) are both involved in the cover-up of Thomas Quatroche et al.’s [crimes] (see https://twb.rocks/gatekeepers/kathy-hochul) may serve as an impediment to justice. What lawyer will take on a Governor?? Regardless, if there are zero takers, we shall simply document the exercise to prove to people in the U.S. that [insert conclusion regarding smoke&mirrors that is civil remedy].

  5. Narcissists (and sociopaths) have extremely low EQs (or, “emotional intelligence”). Some have suggested that it is for this reason that they are so attracted to children.
