Tools that help “Little Seasoners” (“LS”) share that which they have learned are not easy to find. This morning, while watching an update from Theron and Beth on their YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@toadhouse7homestead871), Beth shared a link that had 101 New Testament (“NT”) verses which claimed to declare the imminency of our Father’s wrath. Although provided to support a preterist eschatology, these verses also prove useful to someone who may be considering the possibility that we have already reached the Book of Revelation 20:7-10; or, Satan’s Little Season “SLS”).

To proof and edit this list, I referred to the King James Version of the Bible (even though I am aware that it has been altered and/or misinterpreted). Generally, I resisted the temptation to include the entire verse (or expand the quote to include several verses that would provide more context) as I wanted to maintain the list’s brevity and usefulness as a quick reference tool. (My version which grew to X pages is being stored at https://twb.rocks/blank-00/living/spirit/101-verses-2.)

I also heed the warnings of Revelation 22:18-19 which promises “If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

1 “according to his works” is a topic to be explored in our pending reviews of:

2 source referred instead to Matthew 21:40-41,43,45

3 Thayer’s Greek Lexicon of “arti” > STRONGS G737: ἄρτι, adverb, according to its derivation (from ΑΡΩ to draw close together, to join, Latin arto; [cf. Curtius, § 488]) denoting time closely connected; (https://www.blueletterbible.org/lexicon/g737/kjv/tr/ss1/0-1)

4 I find the Bible’s use of the word “tempted” offensive: His Son was merely propositioned (in my opinion). Thayer’s Greek Lexicon of “peirazō” > STRONGS G3985: πειράζω (a form found several times in Homer and Apoll. Rhod. and later prose, for πειράω (which see in Veitch) more common in the other Greek writings); imperfect ἐπείραζον; 1 aorist ἐπείρασα; passive, present πειράζομαι; 1 aorist ἐπειρασθην; perfect participle πεπειρασμενος (Hebrews 4:15; see πειράω, 1); 1 aorist middle 2 person singular ἐπειράσω (Revelation 2:2 Rec.); the Sept. for נִסָּה; to try, i. e.:
1. to try whether a thing can be done; to attempt, endeavor: with an infinitive, Acts 9:26 L T Tr WH; Acts 16:7; 24:6.
2. to try, make trial of, test: τινα, for the purpose of ascertaining his quality, or what he thinks, or how he will behave himself; (https://www.blueletterbible.org/lexicon/g3985/kjv/tr/0-1/)

5 The “timing” of His arrival is a topic that was addressed in “More Than A Carpenter” by Josh McDowell and Sean McDowell being summarized at https://twb.rocks/blank-00/living/spirit/scripture-and-the-address-of-the-messiah.
