2025 Update: Over three months too late to prove that OCJ’s Maria Sirivar had illegally appointed Lauren Konarowski in 20242, her assistant sent to me Webber’s Amicus Curiae appointment on 20250910:

This lawyer commits crime via appointment as an Amicus Curiae or retention via Legal Aid Ontario; although, she may manage to deceive individuals to hire her privately as well.

While falsely accused and detained at the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre, I asked OCJ’s Matt Webber for the appointment of an Amicus Curiae to assist with several pre-trial applications. Not knowing that this woman shared office space with career-criminal shyster Joe Addelman (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/joe-addelman), I approached her.

It didn’t take me long to realize that she would serve as nothing but another court-appointed ball & chain:

By choosing to remain willfully blind (aka, a Party to offence), Munsterman enables domestic violence, child abuse and much, much more. She is part of Ottawa’s faux legal-judicial system and contributes to its “busy-ness” and growth as innocent people are terrorized and trafficked3 through the courts (and prisons) while the criminals remain protected and financially rewarded.

After I shook Munsterman, OCJ’s Maria Sirivar (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/maria-sirivar) illegally saddled me with another career-criminal Amicus Curiae, Lauren Konarowski (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/lauren-konarowski), and an even narrower scope: from her 2024xxdd appointment to June 2025, Konarowski committed more crime than 2024’s Munsterman, 2021’s OCJ-selected Meaghan McMahon (see https://ca.linkedin.com/in/meaghan-mcmahon-719000112) and 2019’s Crown-selected John Hale (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/john-hale) combined.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if Munsterman hadn’t been a crooked lawyer. Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while:

  • I remain forcibly married4 to John Kiska (see,
  • he remains in our ~$2,000,000 matrimonial home at 1244 Lampman Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario K2C 1P8 (which I have the right to sell as I still own half of it),
  • he pays zero in Divorce Act-legislated spousal support and
  • I am forced to survive, year after year, with zero access to my own assets, income or my children.

1 Being a party to an offence means that an individual is held criminally responsible for a crime, even if they did not directly commit the illegal act themselves. This legal concept treats those who contributed to the commission of the offence as culpable as the person(s) who physically carried out the illegal act (see s. 21(1)(2) at https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence). This is in addition to other crime that the individual may have committed directly including, but not limited to, s. 465(1)(b) Conspiracy to prosecute (see https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Conspiracy_(Offence)) and s. 300/301 Defamatory Libel. ↰

2 Not realizing that Sirivar had been promoted to Superior Court (and thinking she was still assigned to be my trial judge), I was in need of Webber’s order to (1) support my request that Sirivar recuse herself and (2) support my Certioriari Application regarding her 20240216 denial of third-party records and key witnesses. Munsterman withheld this key piece of evidence, as did OCJ clerical staff and Ottawa’s Crown Attorney’s Office. ↰
