RITI’s conflict resolution process? As of August 4th, 2026 at 5:50 a.m., there isn’t one. So, tomorrow I intend to return to my normal, point-collecting routine with the assumption that Executive Director Rachel Hester:

  • has realized that there is nothing for her to “reset”,
  • has no interest in apologizing to me for her unwarranted character assault or “knee-jerk” verbal banning from me “HOPE University classes” being held on the second floor of the 705 Drexel Street’s Private-Public-Partnership (#fn “PPP”, see more on accountability/oversight problem with PPPs and their larger cousin, NGOs at insert link).

Ms. Hester’s allegations, which remain unclear, unsubstantiated and undocumented (except for the documentation that’s been published by me), were:

  • my asking staff about the vacant lot across the street (see Image 1.001) and how it could temporarily be used so the men’s NRM could fumigate their infested shelter is “very sensitive”,
  • my seeking feedback on a draft “flyer” (see Image 1.002) that shares my positive experience at RITI is not permitted and
  • some unidentified document (allegedly given by me to some unidentified person at some unidentified time) was “offensive”.

As for the allegedly offensive document, I don’t carry much paper and have no idea which piece to which she is referring. If true, it could have been:

If someone started a conversation about one of the topics I’ve researched, and I had material on hand, I likely would have shared it. I’m already aware of the dystopian/criminal manner in which Canada censors the truth (see evidence at https://twb.rocks/persecution/us-submissions). The United States, however, still has a functioning Constitution and a 1st Amendment; or, have the PPPs begun to operate above the law here too? If so, one must wonder … why?
