(20260806-202608xx) In preparation for my upcoming meeting with the RITI Board of Directors#fn, I have been assessing whether or not there is any interest from local businesses in participating in their “Points Program” allegedly offered to Nashville’s homeless at 705 Drexel Street’s Room In The Inn (“RITI”). So far, the interest has been incredible and includes:

At time of writing, neither RITI management nor RITI Board President will provide details regarding how I submit a formal complaint that evidences discrimination(#fn). Obviously there are no Civil Rights complaints to assess if, once violated, a patron is prevented from filing a complaint. This lack of sufficient governance/oversight renders this taxpayer-funded, donor/volunteer-dependent entity vulnerable to not only litigation, but an exodus of funds/volunteers to non-discriminatory agencies.

1.00x Contact information for me …

… although due to perpetual displacement, harassment, de-frauding, theft and marginalization, I can no longer afford to have a mobile phone number. Ergo, e-mail is the only currently reliable way to reach me.

Note: dmoore@twb.rocks will likely outlast my MS Outlook e-mail address.
