Comprehending the manner in which I ended up purchasing and fully furnishing this bungalow when I should have opted for a short-term rental would require days of explanation of Ottawa’s massive gang-stalking community[1].
Suffice it to say, it was very well appointed as I attempted to shield Sean and Cate from their dad’s toxicity during our divorce. Little did I know, we would have to move after only 15 months due to Kiska’s court-enabled fraud[2].
Enter stage left crooked real estate agent Lamah El-Rayes. Not familiar with the risks of monthly tenancy, I agreed to his change from an annual lease to a monthly lease: the syndicate stole the remainder of my property (worth ~$500,000) within seven months via:
- a false allegation by the RCMP[3],
- an unlawful, 6-week detention in which my husband was complicit[4] and
- a well-orchestrated eviction scam in which my husband was involved[5].
Even though it was a huge step down from our 5-bedroom home on the water, Sean, Cate and I were “making due” without any meaningful support from Kiska. The 30 photographs used by the realtor[6] only reveal a fraction of our belongings that were stolen. My wardrobe alone was worth about $200,000. The professional kitchen gear was very well maintained and our furniture was barely one year old. The resale value of my stolen property was clearly worth more the “absent landlord” Kahldoon Habib Allah[7] than the monthly rent that he would have to wait to receive.
After I won the 2017 precedent setting motion (enabling damages for his crimes and torts)[8] and the Office of the Children’s Lawyer (“OCL”) recommended that I, as the superior parent, get sole custody of Sean & Cate in 2018[9], Kiska “went for the jugular” and recruited career-criminals positioned at:
- the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa[10],
- the Ottawa Police Services Board[11],
- Ottawa’s Crown Attorney’s Office[12],
- both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice[13] and
- senior management of the OCL to effectively delete the existence of their 2018 4-month investigation and resulting report that evidenced domestic violence and child abuse[14].
