Canada does not have “racketeering” laws as they do in the United States. Also, the crime of Trafficking in persons is not limited to the sex trade or forced labour. The human trafficking and domestic terrorism in Canada’s capital is court-enabled and police protected. Guilty parties involved have remained without scrutiny because:

  • media is complicit1 in the cover up,
  • citizens are controlled by greed2, fear3 and/or stupidity4; and,
  • independent journalists and whistleblowers5, such as myself, are crushed by Ottawa’s massive, systematized criminal network.

Some of the charges that could be laid (if Canada had legitimate law enforcement6) are:

Note: A huge part of the success of this covert, court-enabled network is due to its massive, technology-enabled, gang-stalking operations7. This is the part that my husband, John Kiska8, has chosen to embrace.

[2] Greed – At least one province in Canada, i.e. Ontario, is fully dependent on its symbiotic economy which requires trafficking and terrorism to maintain (and grow) its massive legal-judicial, penal and cheap-labour industries. An “aware” guard from Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre said it best: “If I become a whistleblower, who will pay my mortgage?”   ↰
[3] Fear – As entities including, but not limited to, Ottawa Police Services Board (see insert link), the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa (see insert link) and the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre (see insert link) have been fully weaponized, locals are afraid to speak up. The most recent example of Ottawa’s persecution of a compassionate individual is the conviction of Detective Helen Grus (see https://x.com/chrisbrunet/status/1970291532151615531) while its Crown Attorney’s Office (see insert link) is well aware of the crime that I’ve been reporting since (at least) July 2019.   ↰
[4] Stupidity – For the most part, Canadians are fully indoctrinated due to the perpetual bombardment of propaganda and an education system that teaches utter nonsense. [5] Whistleblowers – Regardless of the province or the issue, Canadian whistleblowers appear to be persecuted in a similar fashion. We’re ostracized, marginalized, criminalized, institutionalized and/or demonized. [6] Law enforcement – There isn’t any. Municipal, provincial and national law enforcement agencies are all guilty of what I’ve labelled TIPCUP: Trafficking In Persons Cover-up Policy. Testimony and evidence against over 50 Canadian police officers is not yet complete; however, most of their names have been listed at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals. RCMP’s 2iC Matt Peggs being complicit (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/matt-peggs) evidences the degree to which human trafficking and domestic terrorism is protected in Canada.   ↰

It is this aspect of the business model that was most attractive to my husband as he was able to leverage his expertise in severe psychological abuse that triggers the defensive dysregulation (i.e. psychotic break, see https://twb.rocks/psychiatry#defensive-dysregulation) required to establish a false “history” of mental illness in targets that will be used to marginalize/silence the individual via all means possible.    ↰
