Chief of Police Eric Stubbs

In a nutshell,

Stubbs was in charge when I sued Ottawa Police Services Board (he joined November 2022 (https://www.ottawapolice.ca/en/who-we-are/leadership-team.aspx)) in order to expose the ~three dozen dirty cops of which I was aware.

I literally proved the criminality of OPSB and the rest of my husband’s criminal network throughout 2023 (see 10’s of thousands of pages stored at https://twb.rocks/political-persecution/affidavits); but, Stubbs chose to participate in the silencing of me via an illegally heard, illegally-decided vexatious declaration:

• argued by OPSB accomplices positioned at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/borden-ladner-gervais) and
• issued by SCJ-positioned crooked Judge Kerry Lee McVey (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/kerry-lee-mcvey).

My hope?

That he realizes it’s in his best interests to arrest those involved in the Ottawa-based, human-trafficking/terrorist network so Canada’s malicious political agenda (see links at https://twb.rocks/) can be exposed and eradicated. 

IRREPARABLE HARM

It will be difficult to itemize the irreparable harm that this individual, through commission and/or omission (as defined in section 21(1) of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC”) viewable here: https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence), has caused me and my two children: we are still paying the price today.

2025

• Following the OPSB-Crown-OCJ’s arrangement for two rigged trials (insert link that exposes, among others, Maria Sirivar (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/maria-sirivar)) (and the issuance of two without-grounds, Canada-wide warrants for my arrest (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/ontario-court-of-justice/canada-wide-warrant)), I fled Canada to seek asylum (see Form G-375R stored at https://twb.rocks/political-asylum).

2024

• Falsely accused, arrested, charged and denied bail mutliple times, six months of 2024 was spent behind bars as I attempted to report crime to OPSB. Partial testimony and evidence is stored at https://twb.rocks/upig/police/still-alive.
• After RCMP’s Matt Peggs (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/matt-peggs) stabbed my in the back, I was kidnapped for six weeks while threatened with severe chemical restraint by Gates-funded University of Manitoba’s Max Rady College-infested operations at 771 Bannatyne Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba (https://twb.rocks/upig/psych).

2023

• Multiple motions were brought as I attempted to access the records required to defend myself in the Civil branch of Ontario’s so-called “Superior” Court of Justice (“SCJ”). 2022

• After receiving some legal advice, I improved my claim which was re-issued 20230301: https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/001033KJ_20220301_Fresh-A-A-Statement-of-Claim-21-00087056-OPSB.pdf.
• OPSB decided to commit extortion via their lawyers at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP: “[discontinue the civil action against OPSB or we’ll arrange to have your declared vexatious and shut you out of civil court entirely]” (see right hand column of linked testimony at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/michelle-doody.

2021

• In order to meet Canada’s 2-year Statute of Limitations rule, I ensured I originated my Statement of Claim against OPSB by July 2x, 2021 in order to capture the criminality of OPSB Officers:

(allegedly, “domestic violence” detectives but merely complicit in TIPCUP as they served as my husband’s accomplices).
