pfi.ROCKS Exposure!

Are City of Ottawa-funded homeless shelters pro-organized crime?

Why do they choose to be wilfully blind; like hospitals, law enforcement & courts?

“WE HELP THE VULNERABLE POPULATION”

I first raised my eyebrows with I attempted to file a complaint and learned that there was absolutely no way to reach anyone on the executive/senior management team. Why? The sheer size of it and the Board of Directors! Then, I went digging for the Annual Reports.

In reality …

20240128  After “escaping” the disaster that was The Ottawa Hospital–Civic Campus–Ward D6 (Psychiatry), I arrived at “MR” and signed all of the consent forms, even the ones in French that I didn’t understand.

THE HOUSE RULES: The electronics times were mostly “during lunch” or after hours, the scheduled activities are mostly “medication and TV” (both of which I don’t partake): I received permission to have my “electronics times” changed to:

  • 0800-1000
  • 1200-1400 &
  • 2000-2200

2024021x  The only attendant at Group, counsellar A, grew angry when I informed him that ….. . The manager stepped in to “end the conversation, now!” Within 30 minutes, I was forced to sign a custom-made, anti-Charter “behavioural contract” to avoid being discharged … immediately.

20240212  I was expelled from Group for informing them that asking me to describe the “role in my family” and “how it had changed” was incredibly insensitive given the fact that I haven’t seen nor heard my children in over five years–a fact of which they were well aware.

When I asked for extra time with my computer in order to produce court documents and prepare Notices of Motion and Case Conference requests, MR manager refused stating “[I can’t: it’s a rule.]”

20240213  I was expelled from Group because I informed the counsellors that their exercise for the day went against Christian values: only our Father can forgive us. (They were attempting to force me to write a “letter of forgiveness” to myself.)

(I departed at 11:00 for the Ottawa courthouse (with my laptop and phone) to file my no-where-near-finished Application materials with the Crown and the Court: merely my draft Application materials and pdfs of three, html pages:

I returned at about 17:15; that is, over eight hours with my equipment when it was practically useless for me to have it as I had no access to the Adobe Acrobat on my desktop or a printer.) I did manage to e-mail the #MunicipalMafia and publish on Twitter my question regarding Rule 21.9 of the Courts of Justice Act and regained access to my desktop at 20:00 for two hours.

Gosh, the maximum stay here is 30 days. So, I need to find a safe place to be by next Saturday (or I’ll need to get re-arrested at a cost to taxpayers of $500/day).

I spent about an hour calling shelters with Counsellor Asma last night: I hope I’m not tossed out of here before I can find one that’s available. (LOL: see notes for 20240216)

20240214  At 08:00, when I was retrieving my computer/phone from the admin office, I requested a letter that explained I was only permitted to use my technology for six hours per day; this way, I could provide evidence to the courts on 20240216 of why my 20240213 Application submissions were so unfinished. At approximately 09:10, manager Chantal and Counsellor Josh said that they could not provide such a letter.

20240215  “Group” today was the watching of a 30-minute info-mmercial selling FName Clear’s book “Atomic Habits”. After their discussion ended, I vacuumed the front hall, stairs, dining room and my room. I then left for the courthouse where I remained until about 16:00. Then, I delivered materials to 604 Laurier Avenue and was back to the shelter by about 18:00.

I was immediately informed by a counsellor that shelter-manager Chantal wanted to meet with me before I left for court the next morning. I explained that I needed to prepare my Speaking Notes as I had two criminal appearances scheduled and asked them to adjourn the meeting until Monday. My request was refused.

Update … wow, more criminal behaviour by taxpayer/donor-funded “shelters”. Quel surprise!

20240216

  • 08:08  I was forced to meet with manager Chantal, oither-“program”-person Vanessa and some nurse from ?CMHA? The spent 10 minutes telling me that they had to discharge me immediately, they would be packing up my possessions while I was at court and they would help me to find a shelter this evening. Then, they told me to skip court and told me to go to the hospital to attend to my “mental health emergency”.
  • 09:30 CR #25 re: S. 520 Application with Justice Jonathan Brunet presiding and another career-criminal Crown prosecutor taking over: introducing … Julian Daller. Are there any non-sociopaths that work out of 161 Elgin Street? (Wait until you read the transcript from this appearance: Brunet needs to be hauled off in handcuffs … immediately.)
  • 14:00 CR #4 re: S. 699 Third-party Records Application with Justice Maria Sirivar. I’ll also need to request her consent to subpoena the OPSB police officers I’ve named as witnesses to attend my March 25-27, 2024 criminal trial. (see draft Witness List to evidence reasonable excuse for violating the illegally-obtained, unlawful 2022 Probation Order).
