The easiest allegations to prove are MacLeod’s multiple counts of violating s. 126 of Canada’s Criminal Code (“CCC“), Disobey a Statute. He disobeyed Ontario’s Child, Youth and Family Services Act (“CYFSA“) and Courts of Justice Act (“CJA”); plus, Canada’s federal Divorce Act via his unlawful “final-not-final” granting of sole custody and access of my children to abusive husband and pathological liar, John Kiska 2.

MacLeod’s unlawful 20190408 CYFSA order 3, his scribbly, same-day SCJ endorsement 4 and the resulting transcript 5 each serve as evidence of MacLeod’s crimes. And, this evidence would have been lost if not for my capacity (and resourcefulness) in storing multiple copies of this entire nightmare since 2013. That’s what is required to survive the multiple thefts, and lost and/or damaged property events 6).

The number of ways in which this matter was illegally heard include:

  • improper filing of materials 7,
  • zero service of materials,
  • unlawful sub-delegation of minimum access to the CAS (similar to previous crooked SCJ judges Parfett 8 and deSousa 9) and
  • lack of jurisdiction due to obvious “bias”, identical to every other judge listed at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals.

“Bias” is an understatement. Ottawa’s judicial services are a front for human trafficking 10, domestic terrorism, taxpayer fraud and much, much more.

On 202100407, the day after I issued my Statement of Claim 11 that alleged Calum MacLeod was a crooked judge and published same, I was:

  • re-arrested based on five new bogus charges 12,
  • extorted into removing my corporate site, www.pfi.rocks13, from public view by Ottawa’s Crown-positioned, career-criminal Malcolm Savage 14 and
  • released without any new conditions other than the unlawful gag order 15.

Note: I have never been charged with violating s. 300 of the CCC, Defamatory libel. Why? Everything I have published is true.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if MacLeod hadn’t been a crooked judge. Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 (see https://twb.rocks/about-us/sean-kiska_cate-kiska_children-of-deirdre-moore) and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while:

  • I remain forcibly married 16 to John Kiska,
  • he remains in our ~$2,000,000 matrimonial home at 1244 Lampman Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario K2C 1P8 (which I have the right to sell as I still own half of it 17),
  • he pays zero in Divorce Act-legislated spousal support 18 and
  • I am forced to survive, year after year, with zero access to my own assets, income or my children.

1 Being a party to an offence means that an individual is held criminally responsible for a crime, even if they did not directly commit the illegal act themselves. This legal concept treats those who contributed to the commission of the offence as culpable as the person(s) who physically carried out the illegal act (see s. 21(1)(2) at https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence). This is in addition to other crime that the individual may have committed directly including, but not limited to, s. 465(1)(b) Conspiracy to prosecute (see https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Conspiracy_(Offence)) and s. 300/301 Defamatory Libel. ↰

It is for this reason that the syndicate flipped the entire matter into new file #FC-19-CP08: a ploy to ignore evidence and protect the perpetrator as evidenced at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/childrens-aid-society-of-ottawa. This “ignore-the-evidence” strategy is not unlike the manner in which Ottawa’s Civil court (see https://twb.rocks/political-persecution/civil-court) and Criminal court (see https://twb.rocks/political-persecution/criminal-court) operate. ↰
