In a nutshell:

  1. Shortly after my service and filing of the evidence-laden “20181231 Submission to Engelking” (see ex-CAS employee Tracy Engelking), Kiska arranged for the transfer of the CAS file from Viana Ibrahim (who seemed sympathetic to that which Sean, Cate and I were being forced to endure) to Mohammed Said, a heartless pathological liar not unlike Kiska or all other CAS employees whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
  2. Then, I was threatened with a fine for trespassing.

Then:

Whoever the heck Murphy is, on 20230706, her scandalous 20230706 Affidavit was served.

x. OPSB and all of the other co-defendants used multiple sections of the Rules of Civil Procedure with the Courts of Justice Act (“CJA“) to have my case dismissed:

  1. They attempted to use Rule X, which failed as evidenced by this yyyymmdd decision
  2. They brought multiple Motions summarized here:
  3. Sally Gomery alerted them that a Rule 21 would be a slam dunk.

Excerpt from my Affidavit #1 summarized the various rules with which the group of defendants are attempting to have my case dismissed. Note that despite everyone’s allegations of my severe mental illness, not one of them alleged “Lack of Capacity“.

IRREPARABLE HARM
