An approximately 20-year old photo of Cheryl Hess who has zero conscience and enjoys torturing women and children for pleasure and/or profit.
According to the firm’s managing partner, Jonathan Summers (well aware of the crime occurring in his firm), the file was taken over from career criminal Wade Smith on or about December 31, 2020 when Smith “retired”. Apparently, Christine Hammond remain the assistant/accomplice on this file until Katherine Ghadaksaz took over.

202301 After Kiska received his illegally-obtained, unlawful cost award, he stopped paying his fraudulently-obtained, below-poverty-level, spousal support of $1,230; so, I had to apply for welfare (again).

20221215 My e-mail to this [insert adjective of choice] [insert noun of choice] requesting, among other things, a photo of Sean and Cate as no one has sent to me a picture of them in nearly FOUR YEARS and when I tried to see what they looked on Instagram, I was arrested and then charged by crooked OPS cop Cheryl Cross)and inside accomplice Malcolm Savage.
20220801 Finally able to flee Ottawa’s crime syndicate: Criminalization Division (see Mike Boyce) on August 1st, to re-focus on divorce and attempt to rescue Sean and Cate from their lying, gaslighting dad and all that is in store for them in that God-forsaken city …

As Kiska has refused to pay his fraudulently-obtained, below-poverty-level, court-ordered spousal support of $1,230/month for the past six months, I will now delve into small claims court in order to retrieve my $7,380. Meanwhile, my CAS lawyer, Cedric Nahum, will serve on her our Notice of Appeal that resulted from Judge Mary Fraser’s scandalous 20201211 decision where she committed multiple crimes to “award” sole custody and access of Sean and Cate to their sociopathic father: a decision that lay beyond her jurisdiction as Kiska and I remain married and such awards must be pursuant to Canada’s Divorce Act and not the Child, Youth and Family Services Act. - My 20210108 e-mail to Hess requesting whether or not she will be representing him of civil actions is viewable here.
