  • (03:30) … and most of my correspondence was ignored. I received this “we could care less, now go away” letter from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. I may be new to this; however, by virtue of S. 21(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada, if this Ministry has knowledge, or ought to have knowledge, of crimes and torts being committed against children and chooses to do nothing, are they not accomplices/accessories after the fact? It is challenging to understand why the word “children” is actually in this Ministry’s name. It is my view that we should have a new Ministry called the Ministry of Children … and I would like to apply for the job as its Minister because I actually CARE about them. (Mr. Trudeau, would you please remove the number of sociopaths that have infested many of your ministries?)

Today is a pre-judicial trial hearing that was scheduled so I could bring several applications which are summarized at https://twb.rocks/archives/y2025/m202501.

Meanwhile, I still have a massive to-do list as I:

  1. continue to add content while still attempting to re-design our whistle-blowing/advocacy/awareness websites (pfi.rocks and twb.rocks) with a (hopefully) much more navigable hierarchy being published here: https://twb.rocks/571-pages,
  2. continue to seek damages from multiple parties for the massive amounts of fraud, theft and harassment etc. that I’ve endured; starting with the simplest and most recent, faux-shelter Montfort Renaissance Inc. (see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/montfort-renaissance/cv-24-00096488) and
  3. attempt to bring a Motion in order to move my seemingly never-ending divorce from John Kiska to an end. His legal team, including but not limited to Cheryl Hess (see https://twb.rocks/organized-crime/vis/cheryl-hess) at Bell Baker LLP, have been circumventing Canada’s federal Divorce Act (by exploiting and/or ignoring Ontario’s Courts of Justice Act, Ontario’s Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Canada’s Criminal Code, Canada’s Evidence Act and more) for nearly a decade.
