Justice Marc Smith

Superior Court of Justice

Smith enjoys being paid to watch devoted parents being robbed by crooked lawyers.

To comprehend why Smith deserves to be removed from the bench and hauled off in handcuffs, one first needs to be familiar with the laws that he broke directly and the crimes that he was covering up via his s. 21(1) violations (aka, Party to offence).

Allegations:

  • He violated s. 126 of Canada’s Criminal Code (the “CCC“); namely, Disobey a statute. The statute he plainly ignored was Ontario’s Courts of Justice Act (“CJA“)… multiple times.2 .
  • What prefaced these crimes were those committed by lawyer Gonen Snir3 (who wanted to, among other things, illegally trigger his illegal $60,000 cancellation fee) and SCJ judge Pamela MacEachern4 who should never have scheduled the hearing in Family Court as a Motion pursuant to Rule 14 of the Family Law Rules. It was a proceeding that firmly fell under CJA‘s Rules of Civil Procedure 15.04 (see https://www.ontario.ca/laws/regulation/900194#BK133).
  • Smith was happy to terminate the retainer during this illegal proceeding; but, refused to provide damages for the resulting $60,000 fee or terminate the lien on my home. The materials filed for this proceeding are stored at (insert link).
  • Everyone knew, or ought to have known, that the entire thing was illegal … because I informed them multiple times5.
  • Snir simply wanted to complete his fraud/theft and move on to his next target. As of 20251127, his greedy paws are still all over my house6 ; just like Kiska’s7.

Choosing to remain willfully blind (aka, a Party to offence), NAME enables CRIME1, CRIME2 and much, much more. Pronoun is part of Ottawa’s faux legal-judicial system and contributes to its “busy-ness” and growth as innocent people are terrorized and trafficked3 through the courts (and prisons) while the criminals remain protected and financially rewarded.

These things have zero conscious. For work-in-progress information on sociopathy, see https://twb.rocks/understanding-predators/characteristics.

Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if NAME hadn’t been a crooked NOUN. Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while it is me who’s been terrorized for years. FOOTNOTES

1 Being a party to an offence means that an individual is held criminally responsible for a crime, even if they did not directly commit the illegal act themselves. This legal concept treats those who contributed to the commission of the offence as culpable as the person(s) who physically carried out the illegal act (see s. 21(1)(2) at https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Parties_to_an_Offence). This is in addition to other crime that the individual may have committed directly including, but not limited to, s. 465(1)(b) Conspiracy to prosecute (see https://criminalnotebook.ca/index.php/Conspiracy_(Offence)) and s. 300/301 Defamatory Libel.
