This Canadian Senator commits crime by, at a minimum, remaining wilfully blind to human trafficking, domestic violence and taxpayer fraud. Formerly the Executive Director for the Elizabeth Fry Society 

Allegations (to be converted to highlights, with expansion for mailing purposes):

• Pate leveraged her role while at not-for-profit Elizabeth Fry Society (“E-Fry”) to build a post-incarceration network that ensured those accused remained part of Canada’s lucrative human-trafficking operations. How do I know? I’ve lived it since attempting to report my husband and his accomplices to Ottawa Police Services Board on July 26, 2019. ² .
• On 20191030, after being falsely accused, arrested, charged and denied bail#, I was released to E-Fry’s bail house, Lotus House. By January 2020, it was being managed by pimp Lorie Fuentes formerly busted in Bowling Green, Ohio ³ . • On 201911–, I sought assistance from Pate via register mail (see images — and –) ⁴ .

• Then, on 20240430, Pate chose to mock me via a personal greeting card (see image –) ⁶ which was not given to me until my son Sean’s birthday, May 8th.
• On 20240509, my rebuking of her totally inappropriate “greeting card” included my theory that a counterfeit Monopoly game was being circulated throughout Canada’s prison system to enable insider trading amongst top clients of major accounting/auditing firms (see images — and –).What I identified was a possible risk to national security which should have been forward to CSIS#.
• From ~20240913-20241101, after attempting to report Ottawa’s Trafficking/Terrorist syndicate to RCMP in Winnipeg, I was effectively kidnapped by a university-affiliated “Science Centre” until I managed to escape after six-weeks (without ~$10,000 worth of valuables which I was forced to leave behind): raw evidence linked to https://twb.rocks/UPIG/psych.
• I was then re-arrested when I arrived back in Ottawa.
• On 20250127, my civil action against OPSB (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/ottawa-police) was terminated and Kerry Lee McVey (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/kerry-lee-mcvey) illegally issued an illegal order that ended all of evidence-published civil actions + widespread defamatory libel via Gardiner Roberts LLP’s Stephen Thiele (https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/stephen-thiele)

• On 20250503, upon re-entry, I learned of their without-grounds, Canada-wide warrant for my arrest.

• One year after I alerted US authorities of my intentions, 20260112, Pate left Twitter (see images — and –)
• On 202601–, I mailed Pate her copy of my 20260113 update and informed her that I knew she was complicit (see image –) ⁷ .

• On 20260211, I received an e-mail with some cryptic message and the flashing of Ottawa’s “666” (see image –) … twice (see Diary entry for 20260211 stored at https://twb.rocks/archives/y2026/m202602) as well as image — below). ⁹

• As I managed to store some names and addresses of other innocent women who were being trafficked and terrorized through Ontario’s detention industry over the years, I’ve been forwarding some of this evidence to them as well. ¹⁰

By choosing to remain willfully blind (aka, a Party to offence), Kim Pate enables human trafficking, domestic terrorism, fraud, theft, assault and much, much more. She is part of Ottawa’s faux legal-judicial system and contributes to its “busy-ness” and growth as innocent people are terrorized and trafficked³ through the courts (and prisons) while the criminals remain protected and financially rewarded.

Yes, she usually mocks me with numerology as well as “cant”#; hence, the 666:666 time stamp. Her satanic numerology/cant could mean:

• two child sacrifices as I have two children or
• me and some other individual are to be eliminated.

Who knows.
