Harassment by Inaction (“HBI”) is the only term that I could [muster] to describe the level of incompetence, negligence and/or criminality that I am being forced to endure as I remain “undivorced”.

“When people ask me if I am homeless, my answer is “No, I own a $2,000,000 property: I am undivorced and forced to remain married to a sociopath against my will.”¹

It seems to me that having both hands tied behind my back and two broken legs triggers an increase in their collective harassment-by-inaction (vs. any increase in compassion or services). More wicked than a vulture waiting for its prey to die, the City of Ottawa prefers to [speed the process up].
