THE LAW

Trafficking in persons: S. 279.01(1) of the CCC states that:”Every person who recruits, transports, transfers, receives, holds, conceals or harbours a person, or exercises control, direction or influence over the movements of a person, for the purpose of exploiting them or facilitating their exploitation is guilty of an indictable offence…”.

Also, detail how Canada’s federal Divorce Act was intentionally circumvented via provincial legislation including Ontario’s Courts of Justice Act (eg. it’s Family Law Rules) and Ontario’s Child, Youth and Family Services Act (“CYFSA“). Though, the Syndicate violated both of those too. Multiple counts re: S. 126 of the CCC: Disobey a Statute.)

Terrorist activities: S. 83.18(1) of the CCC states that: “Every person who knowingly participates in or contributes to, directly or indirectly, any activity of a terrorist group for the purpose of enhancing the ability of any terrorist group to facilitate or carry out a terrorist activity (as defined at S. 83.01(1)(b) of the CCC) is guilty of an indictable offence …”.

Torture: S. 269.1(1) of the CCC states that: “Every official, or every person acting at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of an official, who inflicts torture (as defined in S. 269.1(2)) on any other person is guilty of an indictable offence …”.
