2025 Highlights

Summary: The Ottawa-based persecution had grown so severe, I decided to seek assistance from the United States and fled Canada for the final time on 20250505. I submitted my G-325R from New York on 2025mmdd (see https://twb.rocks/political-asylum/g-325r) and began completing my Application for Asylum (see https://twb.rocks/political-asylum) after the Ontario Court of Justice rigged my June 2025 trial for a false-positive conviction. 2025-001 While battling with Ontario Works (see ), I was illegally declared a vexatious litigant by SCJ’s Kerry Lee McVey (see )

2025-002 Ottawa admitted that following any conviction, it would seek a Not Criminally Responsible (“NCR”) opinion (see 2025mmdd admission David Rodgers linked to ).

2025-003 I began to expose Canada’s involvement in Agenda 21 internationally by speaking with tourists in Niagara Falls, Ontario and distributing “twb.ROCKS Investigative Journalism!” Contest announcements in Buffalo, New York.

2025-00x I inadvertently tripped over a US-based trafficking operation at Erie County Medical Center Corporation (see https://twb.rocks/living/exposure/ecmcc/thomas-quatroche FIX ALL LINKS) and missed Ottawa’s first rigged trial scheduled for April.

2025-00x Despite being in receipt of evidence of detention, Ottawa refused to rescind the 20250416 Canada-wide Warrant for my arrest (see evidence linked to https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/entities/ontario-court-of-justice/canada-wide-warrant).

2025-00x  Still in New York, I began drafting my application to seek asylum in the United States and published same at https://twb.rocks/political-asylum.

2025-00x  After I collected final pieces of evidence regarding how my trial was being rigged (i.e. duration cut from three days to one, denial of approved key witness N. Tessier-Bouthillette, denial of Charter-protected rights to bring pre-trial Applications, denial of access to witnesses for preparation), I had lawful excuse not to attend: a second Canada-wide Warrant for my arrest was issued. I departed New Jersey to seek resources and a safe place to complete my Asylum Application.

2025-00x  In August, OCJ refused any action other than for me to “turn myself in” (see ).

2025-00x  During September, I ordered another batch of business cards, prepared my “On Tour” Introduction page (see https://twb.rocks/on-tour) and updated my “twb.ROCKS Investigative Journalism!” Contest (see https://twb.rocks/upig/contest/announcement) in order to raise awareness with local restaurants, independent retailers and others while in Denver, Colorado. 2023-001  In January 2023, I received an anonymous e-mail with the subject “Don’t Pay a Cent Event” and my husband sent his last check for $1,230 dollars. OPSB filed its Application to have me declared a vexatious litigant.

2023-002 In MONTH, after serving and filing a scathing Third-party Records Application (see ), the RNC dropped all criminal charges.

2022-001 

2022-002 Following a murder in the apartment beneath me (see https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/ottawa/ottawa-vanier-fatal-stabbing-arrest-charge-1.6329384) and surrounded by fentanyl users, I chose to agree to an illegal OCJ Probation Order under duress so I could flee the cesspool of Ottawa (see testimony and evidence at Jonathan Brunet). Prior to my departure, I contacted Matt Peggs of the RCMP who advised me to prepare a package of testimony and evidence so that Ottawa’s human-trafficking/domestic-terrorism network could be fully investigated.

2022-001 Upon arrival, I was falsely accused of multiple crimes including Assault with a weapon (for throwing a pfi.ROCKS advocacy button at a stupid person); however, after describing the events of Ottawa to everyone within earshot, the paperwork did not reach the court and I was released on bail.

2022-003 From the safety of a different province, I served and filed an updated Statement of Claim against Ottawa Police Services Board and published same. Instead of making a reasonable Offer to Settle and firing the career-criminal cops, OPSB tried to extort me into dropping my lawsuit.

Summary: Falsely accused of violating the 20201xx OCJ Release Order, I remained out-of-Canada March to September in order to upload evidence against Ottawa’s legal-judicial system to my (former website, www.pfi.rocks) and evidence that aspects of Canada’s human-trafficking operation were tied to an international network. Upon return, I was re-arrested and my children were illegally awarded to my husband.

2020-001 After preparing to launch a mail campaign, I was falsely accused by Elizabeth Fry’s bail house-managing pimp, Lorie Fuentes ( ), of violating house rules, arrested and placed under a new OCJ Release Order.

2020-002 While preparing to attend a Domestic Violence Conference, I learned of the advertised collusion between Ottawa Police Service Board, Ottawa’s Crown Attorney’s Office and Ottawa’s Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa in their human-trafficking/domestic-terrorism enterprise (see ).

2020-004 Among other evidence, in August I published the evidence regarding the use of IP Addresses to organize communications amongst international trafficking/terrorist cells (see insert link and YouTube link).

2020-003 Immediately after serving/filing materials for a Bail Review (see …), I was re-arrested and forced to wear a self-funded ankle bracelet to be released.

Summary: Weaponization of Canada’s criminal justice system, the illegal apprehension of my children and the theft of all of my possessions (approximately $500,000) began shortly after my divorce was placed onto the September 2019 trial list by SCJ’s Tracy Engelking (see insert link)

2019-002 On July 21, I realized that my husband had actually started a business to teach others how to similarly dispose of people via gang-stalking related products and services. I alerted him of same. He falsely accused me of criminal harassment five days later (hear his false testimony, a violation of section 465(1)(b) of Canada’s Criminal Code, at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDVjsvgAWnU&list=PLhrYRNz6otstJfRTyw1ZJ8MonWLMfLDC1). I was fully ignored by dirty cop Alex Kirady () and maliciously prosecuted by crooked Crown Mike Boyce () , denied bail by Paul Harris () and jailed for 90 days when I dedicated myself to a mail campaign as detailed at ().

Summary: Following increases in the frequency of “marital spats” over estate planning and lifestyle, I realized that there was something very wrong with my husband by the beginning of 2013 and suspected that he was leading some sort of a “double life”. Confronting his behaviour triggered an escalation in his verbal, emotional and psychological abuse: I experienced my first nervous breakdown which was misdiagnosed by local psychiatrists as bipolar disorder because they relied entirely on his false collateral information (designed entirely to “cover his tracks”).

I have been told that my husband is a covert, malignant narcissist (aka, a high-functioning sociopath). His behaviour since 2013 supports this diagnosis and is documented at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/john-kiska. I have amassed enough evidence against him for multiple life sentences; however, he continues to be protected by law enforcement, legal-judicial services and politicians. Whether or not he has successfully blackmailed these individuals, or they operate as a syndicate, is anyone’s guess.
