Allegation highlights:

Snir is part of Ottawa’s human-trafficking²/domestic-terrorism network. Accordingly, he poses as a lawyer in order to advance the objectives of the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, Ottawa’s Crown Attorney’s Office and the Ottawa Police Services Board³.
Forced to hire both a criminal attorney and a family law lawyer in 2019 ³, Snir was invited to participate in the demise of me and my children, Sean and Cate ⁴ .by associate Joe Addelman ⁵.
With zero intention of representing my interests, Snir secured a $250,000 lien on my $1,000,000 matrimonial home⁶ .
Snir immediately began to place the burden of any legal work on me, which I gladly did as I believed it would lower my overall costs⁷ .

In 2020, despite clear instruction, published evidence and a massive retainer, Snir chose to trigger his $60,000 clause by illegally terminating our retainer agreement ⁹ .

Following multiple requests that Snir and Addelman arrange for the lien to be removed, I brought a Civil Action (see ); however, knowing that I was also battling OPSB, Snir’s and Addelman’s SCJ-positioned accomplices delayed the proceedings until it was illegally terminated by SCJ’s Kerry Lee McVey.
Then, with full knowledge of the criminality of Snir, Gardiner Roberts LLP, Joe Addelman, Nelligan O’Brien Payne LLP, the Crown Attorney’s Office of Ottawa, Ottawa Police Services Board and Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice, Stephen Thiele produced a defamatory piece for Canadian rag MONDAQ to celebrate their illegal win. ¹⁰ .

By choosing to participate in Ottawa’s terrorist organization, Snir enables CRIME1, CRIME2 and much, much more. Imagine my, Sean’s and Cate’s life today if Snir hadn’t been a crooked lawyer. Alas, my children have been raised by a sociopath since 2019 and denied my love and protection for over six years. Me sending to them a simple birthday card has been criminalized and no one has even bothered to send to me a photograph as their father has enjoyed creating a fiction that has convinced everyone that he is some sort of “victim” while it is me who’s been terrorized for years.
