On 20250503, I learned that a Canada-wide warrant was issued for my arrest on 202504dd). Why? I missed the first scandalous, time-already-served, 3-day criminal trial (see 20240216 orchestrated arrest for attending my home (from which I’ve been illegally banned) just to try to reach legitimate law enforcement at OPSB at https://twb.rocks/upig/police/still-alive) because I was illegally detained by another batch of insane quacks in Buffalo, New York for six weeks (see start of civil action details against Erie County Medical Center at https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/brenna-fox); so, I am now attempting to have it terminated/withdrawn/vacated. Both the Crown Attorney’s Office and the Ontario Court of Justice refuse to inform me of the process for doing this. Recent correspondence is pasted below with links provided.

    What is the process for having the bench warrant withdrawn? The Crown Attorney’s Office has refused to respond despite being made aware that I was detained in the US for six weeks via an illegally-obtained court order.

    There are zero legitimate grounds for this warrant; and, they are in violation of s. 429 if they pursue my re-arrest.

    My records indicated a status update regarding my multiple Charter Applications to be heard this Friday. If that hearing has been vacated, it needs to be re-scheduled asap.

Kindly provide to me an update of current upcoming court appearances and request adjournments as well as a new [Judicial Pre-trial (“JPT”)] that I can attend virtually so we can re-schedule things … unless the Crown has come to its senses as I’ve already served more than enough time for this nonsense.
    I’ve included a couple of pieces of evidence against your client, John Kiska, too:
    1. 1244 Lampman Crescent that I am not permitted to attend? I own it! (see deed, MPAC statement and Home Equity Line published at https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/1244-Lampman-Deed-MPAC-Home-Equity-LOC.pdf)
    2. Custody and access of children from a marriage is the jurisdiction of the FEDERAL Divorce Act (see  Fact Sheet – Divorce and Family Violence) and not some provincial, jurisdiction-circumventing CYFSA.
    3. Financial support is literally codified in the Divorce Act (vs. my forced poverty: https://twb.rocks/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/2022-Notice-of-Assessment.pdf (which is getting a little boring).)
    For how many years is your office going to help Kiska avoid our divorce, torture my children and defraud me? Are y’all part of his “other” business initiatives ( see https://twb.rocks/domestic-terrorism/perpetrators/individuals/john-kiska too?) I again remind you of S. 21(1) Parties to Offence.

And, don’t forget, he’s a fan of teaching others how to dispose of devoted mothers for pleasure and profit (see https://twb.rocks/blank-00/living/safety/article_00000010_why-do-narcissists-destroy-their-own-families_saqotu-002).

Gosh, I wonder why that would be.
